[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model of the Roomba is definitely an upgrade from the older, not as intelligent version that I have had for years. Setup was simple and straightforward and the app is very easy to use and navigate. I was particularly excited to test out the mopping feature and was pleasantly surprised at how effective it was on the floors! The suction is very powerful - I watched it suck up a big piece of lint debris with ease. The mop guard keeps the carpets dry which is fantastic. It has very good precision with the mapping, and I feel like I can rely on this device to do a very good job while I’m out of the house to save me some chore time. The only thing I would improve is the noise level - a bit loud to run while being in the house so I would just let it run while I’m out. Fantastic product overall!

It has made my every day life so much easier and cleaning my home effortless. This device vacuums and mops at the same time, and the dock takes care of almost everything else. From emptying the dust bin, washing the mop and drying after each use. This means very little day-to-day maintenance, which is a huge win. The Roomba Home app is quick to set up and easy to navigate. Once connected, the vacuum maps your home and lets you select exactly where you want cleaned. Whether that’s the whole house or just a specific room or zone. It also automatically and impressively identifies carpet vs. hardwood floors without you having to map these out manually yourself. The suction is strong enough to handle everyday mess like crumbs and hair. The brushes actually prevent hair from getting tangled. Something that’s made a noticeable difference in our home. The mopping feature has also been really effective. Our floors look visibly fresher. Most likely because this devise cleans the mop as it goes, it’s not just pushing dirty water around. Another standout feature is the extendable roller mop that reaches right up against edges and into tricky spots. Like along the base of our cabinets or under the fridge. Areas that have definitely been missed by other machines. The dock itself deserves a mention. It can hold debris for weeks and fully dries and cleans the mop automatically, which saves a lot of time compared to older robot vacuums. It also looks great. Sleek, modern and surprisingly unobtrusive. The design fits in really well with our home, so it doesn’t feel like you’re trying to hide it away like older, bulkier docks. One last thing - when we leave the house - the vacuum knows and will automatically commence cleaning. That is one of my favorite features ever! Overall it’s such a convenient addition to our home. Perfect if you want consistently clean floors without having to think about it.

The charging dock with automatic mop washing is super convenient, so there’s barely anything to do. The battery lasts long enough to clean the whole house, and if it doesn’t finish, it recharges and resumes automatically. It moves smoothly, vacuums and mops at the same time, saving a lot of time , ever since I got it, cleaning feels so much easier and my home stays consistently cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve using the Roomba Max 705 Combo Robot +AutoWash for about two weeks now,and I’m honestly very impressed with how well it works.This is my first robot that can both vacuum and mop,and I can already see a big difference in how clean my floors look every day.What I really like about this model is that it doesn’t just vacuum and mop - it also empties itself and washes the mop at the dock automatically.That makes a huge difference because I don’t have to clean the mop every time after cleaning.The only things I need to remember are to refill the clean water tank and replace the dust bag when it’s full.Other than that ,the robot really takes care of everything by itself.The suction power is very good,it picks up dust,hair and small debris without any problem.The mopping function is also great-the floors actually feel clean after ,not just slightly wet like with some other robots.I also like that it can recognize rooms and create a mop of the house,so you can choose which rooms to clean,which rooms to mop,and which rooms to vacuum only.The app is very easy to use and has a lot of useful features.You can schedule cleaning,start cleaning when you’re not home,select specific rooms,and adjust cleaning settings.I usually start the robot when I leave for work,and it’s such a nice feeling to come back home to clean floors.It really feels like the robot is cleaning the house for me while I’m away.Another thing I really like is how well it cleans along walls and in corners.The edge cleaning is actually very good,and it reaches areas where dust usually collects.It also navigates around obstacles and furniture very well and doesn’t bump into things too hard.It moves very smoothly and intelligently around the house.After two weeks of using it,I can say it really helps keep the house clean all the time without much effort from me.For everyday cleaning and maintenance,this robot is honestly a hude help,especially if you don’t have time to vacuum and mop every day . He's quickly become a household staple; I actually had a different robot vacuum previously but it was definitely an older model and starting to have some problems so I was very excited about getting a replacement. Bentley is superior to my previous vacuum and almost every way; he does a great job of cleaning and the programming and mapping was really pretty easy. I love the fact that this empties its own dust bin and that it also mops! There's very little about this model that I don't love. It's not overly loud, it does a great job of powering over rugs and textile changes in my home, it doesn't take long to charge, and it's so easy to be able to set up different routines within my home for cleaning. I wish that it didn't take quite so long for the mop pad drying cycle and I actually wish that the robot had a slightly lower profile so that it could get under the edge of my kitchen cabinets but aside from those two criticisms I honestly haven't found anything about this that I don't like. I'm so happy to have a new vacuum and this one has made my life so much easier!

I love how easy it was to set up and take apart to clean. It has a great suction and keeps my floors free of dirt and dust and looking freshly mopped. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roomba Max705 Combo works so amazingly. I have pets, rugs and wood floors. This Roomba works so well with all of these factors. I use the app and have it clean on a schedule, but I also turn it on if I need it to clean extra. I love how well it goes over my rugs and then switches to clean my wood floors wet. This is truly amazing to keep a tidy look. Obviously my little dogs shed and we track dirt in. This Roomba has worked at picking fur and dirt, entirely. The water tank is easy to clean. You can see how much dirt was cleaned! It rolls over the rugs easily. It has not gotten stuck. It turns itself around to continue the mapped area. The docking station has a clean square look. It fits right into the room up against the wall. I am so glad to have this, I love this machine! I received this in exchange for my opinion.

It easily picks up crumbs, pet hair, and everyday messes from the kids, and the mopping feature leaves the kitchen and living room floors looking fresh. I love that the AutoWash dock empties the dustbin and cleans the mop on its own, so I don't have to think about it constantly. It's not the quietest and can be a little big for tight spots, but overall it saves me so much time and makes cleaning one less thing to worry about. It’s the help I didn’t know o needed! Set up was very easy and easy to connect to my WiFi. I have a cat and it picks up so much cat hair and cleans the hard floors in my kitchen and entry way really good as well. I work weird hours at work sometimes and the fact I can just have it on a timer for it to go on it’s on is so helpful.

Vacuum is amazing and the mopping is great for hardwood floors the mapping feature makes it really good for cleaning exactly where I want it and not missing spots like the old roombas

Love how fast, quiet and efficient this Roomba is compared to our old one. One thing I have noticed is it doesn’t recognize our rugs like I thought it would. I also wish it had an option to change the way it mops to go with the grain of my wood floors. Overall, I do love this Roomba, well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so in love with this roomba. I didn’t know how dirty my floors were until this made its way through my house. I can easily control it from my phone through the app. I can start, stop and pause it in the app. I can also see live updates of where the roomba is in the house, how long the routine has left and how much battery it has left. This can clean 3 rooms and a hallway and still have 30 percent battery left. I love that it vacuums and mops at the same time. It’s a self cleaning edition. So, it puts the dirty water in a separate tank from the clean water. I don’t have to do anything except refill and empty the containers about every 3 weeks. The home base cleans the vacuum part and mop pad for me. It’s so so easy to set up and put together as well. It does not come with paper instructions, but the app gives you your install instructions for your specific model.

The home base was relatively heavy though so I believe more frail customers would need some assistance with set up. The noise is a bit elevated but no where near as loud as a traditional home vacuum. The vacuum has mildly decent suction but struggles on my rubber backed carpets. I also have to sweep along the edges of the walls and cabinets as the roomba does not get close enough to them to get everything up. The app for roomba is super easy to install and navigate your even get to name your roomba how cool!
