Garbage
This review is going to cover the entire line of JBL Tune Flex as I don't feel like writing this on the page for every version. Probably the worst wireless earbuds I've ever experienced. Where do I start on what's wrong? Let's start with battery life. It's about 15 ish minutes on a full charge. Sound quality is atrocious as it seems to amplify the sound of even just the ozone around you even with the noise cancelling on and forget about using them if there's even the slightest of breezes either from the wind, air conditioner being on or just walking. They don't stay in your ear at all so if you don't keep your head perfectly still or duct tape them on then they will fall out so forget about looking down and around. If you got fingers bigger than a child's then you won't be able to pull them out of the case very easily, and when you do your going to change a ton of setting because you've gotta grapple them with every bit of strength you thumb and pointer finger can muster just to get them out. Lets ask ourselves what we want out of headphones. If any of those features your looking for are sound quality, convenience, ease of use, battery life, comfort, or accessibility then these headphones are not for you. Go buy some JLabs and save yourself the trouble and regret of purchasing these headphones.

Not charging after cleaning case.
I’ve had these about 9 months now. I have no complaints about the sound quality but the right ear bud no longer charges. I’ve cleaned the case, and it still dies in 10 minutes. I use my earbuds daily, so I’m pretty upset about it. Really like them, but considering getting new ear buds and not returning to JBL.

I charged them before use and on my first use one of the ear buds didn't work. I hate doing returns so it was really inconvenient

Don’t buy these
I bought the JBL EarPods to replace my Apple AirPods. Worst mistake!! Doesn’t matter what size ear plug you use, they don’t stay in your ear!! I will not recommend these to anyone!!

Music quality is good. Call quality is poor. Cannot swap between the two, it just starts to crackle like static. I was expecting more from a JBL product.

Earbuds charging issue
I recommend people not to buy this earbuds, i have no complaints regarding sound quality it is awesome. The main issue is that earbuds charging, when u keep it inside the case for charging most of the time it doesn’t charge at all and if it showing 100% charge also after using 5-10 mins it would say low chrarge. JBL need to fix this.

Not worth the money. The old tunes were better
They make a horrible noise anytime I use a grinder, impact, welder or plasma cutter, really any electronic tool and the ear buds screech in my ears with the ANC settings on. If I turn all that crap off it doesn't do it. The noise they make while using power tools hurts my ears.

Junk! Don't buy. It will die after a year
Bought this earbud on April 20th. The charger it came with stopped charging the bluetooth, so i used my phone charger in which it struggled to stay charged. Its now completed dead and not charging no matter what I did. I need my money back.

Thanks for your inquiry. It is possible that your JBL Tune Flex TWS has a foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. TERRIBLE <6 Month Lifespan
I bought these as a Christmas gift for myself they have not even lasted 6 months. The microphone does not even work and no one will ever be able to hear you. I understand these are a cheaper model however the product should at least meet the description of the product. Do not buy just spend the extra 30 on AirPods.
