Quality has changed
Just purchased this one after my other one of 8 years bit the dust. As soon as it starts to brew it trickles some and shuts off the entire maker, like it shorts out. I’ve seen other reviews like this as well, so it’s not just me that got a defective one. My last one lasted 8 years and this one didn’t even last a day! Returning!

It makes great coffee but my old Keurig gave me 9 oz of coffee this new one just makes at time only 7 oz of coffee mostly 8 oz but never the 9 it says it pours .

I had the original keurig classic and I absolutely loved it. When it came time to replace it I wanted the same model. This model has an extra option for cup size and is lighter in weight and a little smaller in size. I am very happy with my purchase.

Use filtered water only
Have had mine so long I don’t even have it in my order history anymore. Haven’t had to clean it out once since always using filtered water. Works perfect still.

Disappointed
Replaced my Keurig K-Cafe that i had for just a little over 2 years with a Keurig Classic. Brand New out of the box. Washed up and 1st cup of coffee starts out good the slows to a trickle and shuts off. Continues to do the same with every cup but doesnt always shut off. Can I return it to the store it was shipped from? I have another Keurig Classic that works great but not this one.

Hate to give up on Keurig…
This is our third Classic. We have had to ask for warranty replacement for two. They just stop working. We love the design and the quick brew but can’t put up with the fact that they are defective. We just finally gave up and replaced it with a ‘Supreme’. The Supreme model is slower brew and we are not completely happy with it yet. It is was not our favored model but couldn’t get another Classic, and if this model doesn’t work, we will never order a Keurig again and move on to another mode of coffee brewing for our household. This greatly saddens us as we have stuck with this company for many years. Think back to when Lipton produced K cups of soup with season packets - we still have some in the pantry! Loved that concept.
