A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about aosu 2K QHD 3.0-MP Wi-Fi® Outdoor AI-Smart Security Camera, Battery Powered, with PIR Motion Detection, 2-Way Audio, and Spotlight, C6L2BA11 in White. For the aosu C6L2BA11 security camera, the battery is integrated into the unit and is not intended to be replaced by the user. Like many high-end wireless cameras (such as the Arlo Essentials or older Nest Cams), the design is sealed to maintain its IP65 weatherproof rating. If the battery fails or no longer holds a charge, here is how you should handle it: 1. Warranty Replacement (Within 1 Year) Aosu provides a 1-year limited warranty on their cameras. If your battery fails to hold a charge within the first 12 months, you should not attempt to open the device, as this will void your warranty. Action: Contact aosu support at support@aosulife.com or call +1-866-905-9950 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM PST). They typically replace the entire unit if the internal battery is defective.
