Important: Read directions for proper use. To Open: Squeeze the cap and turn. To Close: Turn cap until it locks.

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older

Use twice daily after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.

    Add Lysterine to your daily care for fresh breath and stronger teeth. The alcohol content is a little strong so I would not let little kids use this.

    Very effective mouthwash

    The taste isn’t as strong as the blue kind. It’s effective and doesn’t leave my mouth dry. I wake up in the morning still feeling refreshed. It doesn’t have a strong alcohol scent.

    Great anticavity fluoride mouthwash. Definitely burns when using . Swish for 1 minute then avoid eating and drinking for 30 min after . Mouth feels fresh after .

    I tried the Listerine Total Care,and honestly this one feels powerful.It gives that deep clean feeling right away, and the freshness actually lasts for hours.You can tell it’s doing more than just freshening your breath. I also like that it helps with cavity protection and strengthening teeth,so it’s not just a basic mouthwash, it’s more like an all in one.But fair warning it’s strong.If you’re not used to intense mouthwash,it might catch you off guard at first.If you can handle the intensity,this one is definitely worth it.

    I received this product courtesy of Listerine in exchange for my honest review. I love this extra mild mint flavor. It's definitely a mild mint! Very tolerable for those like me who find mint flavor to be too harsh on the mouth. It cleans well and gives me fresh breath. I really like that it doesn't burn my mouth like other mouthwash products. I do get a little tingle but it's so gentle. I would definitely be buying more of this. I really recommend it!

    Listerine Total Care Extra Mild Mouthwash

    This listerine total care gives you the classic listerine clean without such an intense mint with the extra mild option. It's still putting in the work to freshen your breath, kill any germs, repair enamel and protect from cavities with essential oils and flouride.     Skin sloughing and mouth ulcers (canker sores).

    This mouthwash gave me gum ulcers, this is not even taking into account the "sloughing" it does to the tissues in the inside of your mouth. It's very obvious that if a mouthwash is causing the tissue in your mouth to PEEL AWAY, that its going to cause issues at some point. Finally ended up with 2 ulcers on my gums, and i kept using the mouthwash not even understanding what was going on. Ulcers seemed to not be going away, if anything they were getting worse for about a week. Finally did some research and STOPPED using this mouthwash and switched to one that doesnt contain SLS and mouth ulcers are starting to heal and feel less painful. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

    Fresh breath

    I honestly cannot recommend this mouthwash enough. Believe me when I say that your breath will smell as fresh as ever. I have bought a lot of mouthwash that claims to freshen breath, but this one actually does freshen your breath and helps your mouth smell just as fresh as mint.
