Great taste. Calming, helps me sleep. The only thing is the inside of the box is sticky & the tea bags aren't individually wrapped (to save paper waste) I wish there were more tea bags in the box, but other than that this tea is wonderful. I've used it for years to help me relax & sleep. 😴

Favorite of the sleepy teas!
The best tea to help relax and get ready for bed. I always have on hand during the cold months. The flavor is a mild herbal and sort of creamy or vanilla taste, perfect with a splash of milk. Makes me very calm and relaxed.

Tastes refreshing yet relaxing for a nightime beverage. Great chilled as well if you prefer. I slept well, but could be from relaxing with a cup of tea. I drank it mid-day iced as well and did not get sleepy, but felt relaxed. I think the spearamint smell kind of clears your mind

Sleepy boost tea
It’s smells very florally. The herbs are finely chopped in a bag with no strong. I like to use two bags for my tea at night. Has a elight after taste but I add honey and little oat milk and I don’t notice it

At 44, perimenopause has been kicking my butt for the last couple years. I don't typically have issues falling asleep, but the 12:30 or 3 a.m. wake up and taking 1-2.5 hours to fall back to sleep had been happening most nights and is exhausting. I then became super careful with sleep hygiene (No caffeine after 1pm; regular exercise with at least 7k to 10k steps a day; no alcohol; no screens 90 minutes before bed; stretching/yoga at bedtime) and it helped but the wake up was still happening at least once or twice a week. Melatonin helped knock me out but the 3:00 a.m. wake up would still happen (though not the 12:30). I got this tea on a whim since I usually drink the regular Sleepytime, and it has made a difference!!! In the last two weeks I've slept solidly through the night which hasn't happened in years!! (Ok, one night my kid woke me up for a half hour but I got back to sleep relatively quickly.) Love love love.

Love celestial teas
I love sleepytime tea. This one has the perfect chamomile flavor. Its smells like a mix between the chamomile and spearmint. Add a dash of honey and it's perfect. And it does help you go to sleep.
