    I have been taking these vitamins for almost 2 years. I really love them, and I can see the benefits when it comes to my energy and nails. They are very affordable and you can find them at your local stores in the community. All you have to do is take one pill per day.

    Feeling more energised

    Great multivitamin

    I’ve been using Centrum Women Multivitamins and I find them good for the price since one bottle lasts a while. The tablets are big but easy enough to swallow and I don’t notice any strong taste. I feel more energetic and less run down since starting them though I always take them with food to avoid any stomach upset. I also like that it has a wide mix of vitamins and minerals like B vitamins, vitamin D, calcium, iron, zinc, and antioxidants that cover most of my daily needs. The packaging is simple, sturdy and easy to store, which makes it convenient for daily use.
