Don’t buy
It tastes nothing like the original product. It actually tastes like nothing. Very slimy and tasteless. Will not be purchasing again.

Disgusting
The smell, taste, and texture is the worst. The smell/taste reminds me of throw up, unfortunately. Their suggested cook time is wrong, even cooking it for 7 minutes was way too mushy and it created a slime layer on top of the pasta. I had high hopes for this product because I use to love the normal annie's shells and cheddar before I learned I had celiac so I was excited to try this gluten free version but this is a disappointment.

New ingredients - no longer free from corn!
Annie's Gluten Free Mac & Cheese used to be a favorite for our family because it was not only free from gluten but it was free from corn as well. We're crushed to see that corn is now present in the new ingredient listing. So sad that we can no longer count on Annie's for a quick meal option!

Hard pass
This was a big waste of money for me :( I love a lot of the other Annie’s products but this was so bland and mushy. I cooked the shells on the minimum amount of time and it was such an overly soft texture but I thought maybe the cheese would help. It did not. I tried jazzing it up with some kale and turkey and tomato but the texture of the shells was just too unappealing so in the trash it went.

Not a great gluten free option
We love to have some easy gluten free meal options on hand and have had luck with Annie’s products in the past- but this particular type of mac and cheese is bland. I actually dug the cheese powder packets out of the garbage to be sure that I had added them to the pasta. We couldn’t taste the cheese at all.

Lesser quality than gluten version
Not great and very different from its original version. It’s weirdly mushy and pasty, even with cooking it the proper time there were still hard bits. The noodles were thinner compared to the gluten version. Some pieces were so overly soft they were fusing with other pieces making it clump together. The seasoning didn’t do much for it, it was fairly bland and didn’t seem to really add to the Mac n cheese other than making it even harder to move in the bowl. Love the non-gluten free version and get it often, but this was unfortunate for my partner.

Mushy, no flavor
This is gross. The pasta is mushy and the shells don't hold their shape. The flavor is pretty bland. I do like Annie's other gluten-free mac and cheese though.

Too mushy. There are so many good gluten free pastas out there. This definitely isn’t one of them. So disappointing! I miss a good mac & cheese since being diagnosed celiac. 😞

mushy and bland :(
as someone who just recently became gluten free, this did not satisfy my mac & cheese craving :( the noodles were mushy (as i’ve noticed is common with rice noodles) and there wasn’t much flavor. i’ve yet to find a good GF mac & cheese but will have to keep looking!

Don't know why this version is a big MISS
Incredibly mushy, leaves a gloppy mess no matter how long you cook it. Taste is more muted than the regular version. Even the rice noodles is better, the shells really fail. Not getting again.

Changed recipe is not good.
It used to be so good back in 2011-2014 but sometime between now and then it changed. The noodles taste completely different, same with the powered cheese. It’s gross and make my stomach hurt after. I hope you guys go back to the old recipe, it was one of my only choices as a gluten free person.

Great Gluten Free Mac & Cheese
This is my go-to mac & cheese, it is so good! It is creamy and cheesy. My only recommendation is to add salt and other seasonings because it is a little bland without it.
