Breaks so easily
I thought the whole thing about Pyrex is durability? Like a lot of others one dish was broken (and I didn’t even have it shipped I got it in store) and after using for awhile a lot of bowls have pieces of glass flaking off of the rims. We just microwave and fridge and sometimes use them as bowls and all our other dishes hold up forever so I don’t know whats happening.

The product is a great product. I have this product already and bought it as a wedding gift. The packing of the shipping box was terrible. There wasn’t any inner packing inside the box to stop the inside box from bouncing around. I had to open the box to make sure there was no damage inside.

Poor packaging
Got this as a gift, opened it and the lid to the largest rectangle was broken because of the way it was put into the box. I did an exchange. Came home opened the new box and the exact same thing had happened. I love Pyrex but for the lid to be broken in the same place in two different packages is not good.

Randomly Exploding
Our 8x8 pan just spontaneously exploded in our cupboard. I've only used it a couple of time, wasn't using it today. The temperature has been stable so it wasn't thermal shock and I always check any glassware in the house for flaws before I put it away. It sounded like a gun went off in the kitchen and there are chunks and shards of glass in the entire cupboard. Really disappointed as it was a wedding gift.

I can’t say enough good things about these dishes. I use them daily, particularly the smaller round containers. They’re perfect for taking lunches to work! I use them so much that I went out and got three more of the smaller sizes. The baking dishes work great as well, and are very easy to clean up. I highly recommend!
