He was initially hesitant to try anything like this, but he mentioned that these guards felt surprisingly comfortable and discreet—he could wear them throughout the day without feeling bulky or self-conscious. The adhesive backing helped keep them securely in place, even during more active moments, which was a huge plus. He also appreciated the odor control and how dry they kept him, saying it made a noticeable difference in his confidence when out of the house. While they’re not meant for heavier protection, for light to moderate needs they seem to do exactly what they promise. From my perspective, it’s been a relief to see him more at ease and less worried about accidents, which makes these a worthwhile purchase for us

not for full bladder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] product is okay to use for little uncontrollable dripping, not suitable for a full bladder. The design is accommodating wide range of movement. It feel strange at first but in the unique shape make it last an entire day, for little dripping ofcourse.

The number one option!

These work great for him and have always been the #1 option. The absorbent material makes them heaven-sent for him, and he has plenty of range of motion, making movement easy. Great everyday guards

He said it kept him feeling dry throughout the day and odorless. He also meant their discreet under clothing, which was very important to him. Super absorbent and convenient in undergarments.

They are pretty discreet and don't cause chafing. They are effective at absorbing odors and reliable for the purposes they serve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comes individually wrapped in a nice easily peelable cloth wrapper. Great to take along! Nice soft material, instruction peels off showing the tape and just attach. While it doesn't hold much liquid; 4-6oz. (1/2 cup) was the max it could hold before running off as the gel couldn't hold any more. Expect to carry extra to change often. Reaching max expands to 7/8" (almost 1") so pretty thick and less flexible. Not just protection, for may uses like waiting in an amusement park line!
