    Ive been using Calm Rasp/lemn for a few years. I drink mine before bed and agree with the name. It does CALM me. I was having 2 drinks a day but my Magnesium level was elevated and once I went back to I drink it balanced. Nice substitute for a hot drink

    Laxative?

    I enjoyed the flavor more than I thought I would. I truly expected I wouldn’t like this product but was willing to try it anyways. I was so pleasantly surprised at the taste and I do believe I’ve felt more calm and been able to sleep better. My son and husband both enjoy this as well. We all have a nightly cup.

    5 star product, very effective. But compelled to ding retailer for increasing price five dollars in one week! Technically nine dollars since last week there was a coupon. That's a twenty five percent increase basically overnight. Will continue to use product as it's great, but will need to buy elsewhere.

    So far so good

    We love Calm products but this one contains stevia which we cannot use. We wish this product was offered without sugar or stevia. When returned at the Perimeter customer service counter, the associate’s were not as cordial as we usually experience.

    Decent flavor & supplement

    I originally bought this for anixety/stress, but it seems to really help with sleep quality! I take a half dose about an hour before bed and it does seem like I sleep better and wake up more refreshed. The flavoring is also pleasant. I use a bit of warmer water to help the supplement dissolve and then add ice and cold water.
