    Buyer beware of digital purchases!

    Buyer beware! This is a non returnable policy. Upon purchasing,receiving, and reading this 72 page policy I decided I didn’t want the coverage. I had not yet received the TV the policy would cover. Unfortunately the full policy is not disclosed until after purchase. What a scam. I understand that all digital purchases are non returnable so be sure to request a full disclosure of what you are purchasing before Payment. There is no turning back!!!

    DONT WASTE YOUR $$

    This TV has the worst Internet connection and the sound is complete trash. You have to put it up to 73 out of 100 in the volume to be able to hear anything and then it sounds incredibly distorted. What a disappointment for this TV has been incredibly dumb of me to spend a cent on this television. I am speaking honestly I was so excited to have a TV to not having one for over five years and I guess I just didn’t do my research as well.

    Allstate protection plan sucks

    I bought a three year protection plan my TV didn't even last one year it was an LG. I gave them all my information at the store. Text email phone number you name it. I even sent in my Warranty card. They said they never received it I told him well regardless, I entered all my information in on the touch keypad at your store. You should have my information. I paid for a three year warranty and I would like you to honor it. They will not they said without a receipt. This company sucks. I wonder how many people they make by an Allstate protection plan and don't honor their agreement. I will never buy another protection plan through them.

    Can't return eveb though i no longer need

    I need a refund because I returned the TV. I no longer need the plan, but they couldn’t refund at the store and there’s nowhere to do it online. I tried through Allstate directly and they said I have to cancel through the retailer but I’m getting a message that the item isn’t eligible for return. Frustrating!

    Honestly this is a waste of money, they don’t fix anything & if you have kids and are thinking of getting this because you think it might help or it may cover some things it won’t. Save your money.

    EVEN if covered tem arrives broken and must be returned, CANNOT get refund on this warranty!

    Item purchased (TV) did not work and had to be returned immediately. So this extended warranty was no longer needed--HOWEVER could not get refund as it is not returnable--even in the first two days of reciept.

    Extended Warranty like plan

    Review of the 3 Year TV Protection Plan. Think of this purchase as insurance for the unlikely event the TV fails once off warranty. Since I have not had to use this yet, I don't know how Target will react when used. It's just a hedge against TV failure, but I'm glad I purchased the Plan. Price seems fair.

    Worth the money!

    Fantastic and well worth the money!!! I bought a Black Friday Westinghouse and a 3 year protection plan. Two years and ten months later a line of pixels died. I filed a claim, scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out and found out it was not repairable. Within 24 we were issued a digital gift card for the amount we paid for the tv. Super simple! My only gripe would be that we schedules the appointment and were not told what time until the night before. All that to say... buy a protection plan!!!!
