Set up required, not ready for play. Since this was a Xmas gift, my nephew could not enjoy the toy, since it needed some screwing and what not. Toy was put aside and was not used

Love gifting this as first birthday gifts to friends and family. Starts them out as they’re getting the hang of scootering and then grows with them.

The adjustable handle will not stay; if you tighten it, difficult to readjust.

Extremely bad quality product. I have 3 boys and got this for my youngest. I’ve put together my fair share of toys and this might be one of the flimsiest and of the poorest quality. I bought a regular scooter for my 6 year old last month for half the price and it’s 10 times better than this. One of the wheels barely rotates. There’s a little metal piece that sticks out and you’re suppposed to hammer it but this whole thing feels like it’s about to crack. We tried to take it apart to return but it won’t come apart without breaking the cheap plastic. It’s absolutely horrible. The idea for a starter scooter was great but the quality is trash. Just wait a year or 2 and buy them a regular scooter. Complete waste of $50

The front wheels stick out too far so his feet keep getting caught on the wheels and he has flipped it several times.

Easy to put together but too small for 3 year olds. This should be listed for kids 1-2 years.

Unfortunately when I opened the box, parts are missing and other parts are broken. I am outside the return window since I bought this right after my son was born and he is now big enough to use it.

I child care for a 20 month old, we surprised her with this scooter. She absolutely loves it. Very sturdy, easy to switch it up from sit down to scooter. Calls it her “bike”, first toy she goes for now when she comes. Very happy with this purchase.

Purchased for my nephews first birthday, it was easy to assemble he absolutely loved it. The height adjustment is perfect for little ones and I was surprised at how sturdy it is. Highly recommend this scooter to grow with little ones

Used for a couple of days then one of the axel caps came off. Not a durable product and it was fiddly to assemble.

Not easy to assemble. Making a mistake is permanent. I was assembling this myself and was having a hard time getting the front axel to stay exactly in place AND attach the tires AND hammer on the end caps. I got fixated on getting the end cap on and in my mom-brain state didn't realize the wheel had come off. As soon as I got the end cap on, I realized my dumb mistake, but there is no way to undo it. Obviously, the warranty doesn't cover user error. I don't think this is a great design because what are you supposed to do if a wheel breaks? The end cap seem to be impossible to remove.

Bought this item as a gift. My daughter ended up liking it so I kept it. I opened the box today and more than Half of the items are missing. It doesn’t even have the wheels! Now I’m glad I didn’t give this to the bday boy

Love the scooter…. But the front wheels won’t lock in place. There appears to be a piece of melted plastic preventing this from happening. Which basically makes this awesome scooter worthless.

This has proven to be sturdy and safe. It has been a great value. A good purchase.

We bought this for only the scooter but easy to put together and he enjoys it.

Do yourself a favor and buy something nicer... screws strip out even by hand, back piece wont go on all the way and cut myself badly trying to do it with a drill. If its that difficult/vague to put together bet its safe for the kids right?!

Super cute ! Love that in can be either a bike or a scooter. Easy to assemble too.
