way better than more expensive tanners
MUCH better than more expensive self-tanners. it results in a darker tan, doesn’t stain sheets or clothes, doesn’t smell horrible, and lasts longer than self-tanners i’ve bought in the past are are easily two to three times more expensive. idk why this product isn’t the most popular self-tanner around. i’ll never use any other brand

I’ve been a professional spray tan contour specialist for over 22 years, so I’m very particular about the products I use. When I’m in a pinch and not doing a full professional application, I use b.tan.It’s very easy to apply, and I typically leave it on for a couple of hours — the same with my clients when appropriate. The key is using a quality mitt for smooth application and a brush to blend areas like hands, feet, elbows, and other creases. After showering and applying lotion, the color develops beautifully. The finish is even, natural-looking, and long-lasting.If I’m not doing a professional spray tan, this is absolutely the product I reach for. Five stars all the way. Coming from someone with 22 years of professional experience, that says a lot.

So I found the best way to use this is by shaving and exfoliating then getting out the shower. Make sure you are fully dry then put this on all over and let dry and leave it on over night then wash it off in the morning and it’s the prettiest tan. No orange. Not streaky. And if you don’t have time to leave it on over night then do all those steps but leave on for at least two hours and rinse off don’t use soap just rinse real quick and get out and put on lotion! Lotion will make this last longer everyday. And *chefs kiss* 💋

Not "the darkest tan possible".
One would think that a self Tanner called “I Want The Darkest Tan Possible” that’s labeled “darkest possible” would be just that. Imagine my surprise when it was the exact opposite. I was looking for a replacement for Ulta’s ultra dark express tanning mousse, which was discontinued while I was pregnant and not self-tanning. Previously, I used the b.tan shade “Too Tan To Give A D*mn” which is labeled “insanely dark”, but only has 4/5 boxes filled for darkness level — this one has 5/5 boxes filled so I figured it would be darker. It was most certainly not. I always take care to prep my skin properly before self-tanning and have a whole routine, so I know it’s not user error on my part, especially after seeing similar reviews from others. Two things I will say I DO like: the price and the fact that this one has a cooler undertone so it doesn’t look orange. That being said, b.tan needs to rethink their labeling to be more concise, or maybe cut down the amount of options they have because it’s a little unclear which will give the best result.

I have a light skin tone, but this tan does not make me that much darker. I have been darker with other tans. I thought this tan would get me super dark but it does not do much. It would be good for someone if they like a more subtle more lighter tan. I goes on smooth and is not streaky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this self tanner. I’ve used it many times. The scent is was you would expect for a self tanner. It’s dries fairly quickly. I’ve not experienced streaking or and uneven appearance. I typically keep it on for several hours and sometimes even reapply.

Easy application but didn’t get the results I was
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the chance to try B.Tan out. Application was easy and smooth. The tanning mitt applicator was really nice. It didn’t have a bad scent and drying time was not to long. Unfortunately I didn’t see really much different color in results. I will have to try it again. I let it sit for 1hr 15 min.

The negatives-the foam is pretty runny making it difficult to spread evenly. My favorite part was the mitt provided, protects your hands & was so soft!
