Disappointed with the new fragrance!
I’ve been using Johnson’s Baby products for a long time, and I always loved their original scent. However, I recently noticed that the fragrance has changed, and unfortunately, I do not like it at all. The new smell is very unpleasant to me and completely different from what it used to be. I truly miss the original fragrance, which was gentle and comforting. I hope you consider bringing it back, as it was one of the main reasons I trusted and loved your products.

Horrible smell in the new version of baby lotion
Maybe no stars would be more accurate because I hate the new formula of your baby lotion. I’ve used this my whole life and it’s completely ruined. The new fragrance is horrible and the lotion is too sticky. I’m planning to return this bottle because I cannot stand the horrible smell. Why would you change a great product? Now I will have to find a new lotion brand but it will not be J And J baby lotion.

Hate the new formula
Been using this product for 30 years and I HATE the new formula. The smell is too strong and it's sticky. I have to wash it off my hands after use. 30 years down the drain. I will not buy this again. Pretty distraught about it actually.

Please bring back the old formula!
I have used Johnsons baby lotion for years and all of a sudden it is different and awful! First of all, the pump has broken off the last 2 bottles I purchased making it almost impossible to get to the rest of the lotion in the bottle. It would be great if the top unscrewed easily and I were able to use another pump. Also, the new formula has an awful, perfume scent! The lotion now feels watery unlike the creamy lotion I used to purchase. Will not be buying this again unless the old formula comes back.

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
I have worn this lotion for 29 years of my life and cannot emphasize how upsetting it is to no longer have the tried and true formula. Who in their right mind thought changing the scent of baby lotion was a good idea? I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible New Formula
This new formula is HORRIBLE, smells awful, runny and feels slimy. I can't believe you changed this lotion that has been around for years. I have been using the original lotion for my skin for years and was extremely happy as it kept my skin hydrated and soft. I will throw away this bottle and am extremely UNHAPPY about the waste of my money. It is way under one star, perhaps an F minus. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!

New Baby Lotion has Terrible Scent
The new J & J baby lotion with aloe & vitamin B5 smells horrible. It smells like some sort combination of chemicals. It gave me a nausea. I bought four bottles of it and had to return them all. It had such a signature smell which I loved all these years, and it seems it has gone and been replaced with horrible chemical smelling lotion.

My favorite baby hygiene brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Johnson and Johnson baby lotions in our house so much! It’s one of my favorite scents for baby products and we love how great it works!! It’s so long lasting, and I personally like the flip top compared to pumps and lids like BBW has because lotion doesn’t dry and get stuck when you try to use it. My kids are so sensitive to lotions/soaps but Johnson and Johnson’s never caused any breakouts or skin irritation!!

New formula is watered down, smells like perfume and overall does a poor job at protecting. In fact just 2 days into the new version a rash has developed. Why do companies have to continually try to cheapen there products. Bring back the original.

Terrible please bring back the the old formula. The new one that has been brought out stinks and makes you feel sticky! Do not buy the new formula as you will be very disappointed. I have been using this for years but will have to find a different lotion as the new formula is awful

I have been using this all my life. I am 46. I am allergic to everything else. I bought a new bottle last week and this new formula is awful. The smell immediately stopped up my nose and gave me a headache and I still have bumps on my face. Please bring back the old formula with the original smell.

It’s much better. It’s much softer smoother. It makes the skin fresh and nourish the new lotion sticky. It stinks and it’s horrible. You guys need to correct this.

Sad news
I purchased this lotion expecting the original formula, but received the new version—and it’s extremely disappointing. The scent is much stronger and smells off, and the texture is very sticky even after it fully dries. It’s nothing like the previous formula. If I could give this zero stars, I would. Please bring back the version from before the last two changes. As it stands, you’ve lost a customer.
