These taste terrible - like rice filler. They did nothing for me and I’ve tried many probiotics and usually have great benefits. I ended up throwing the end of the bottle away. I’ll stick with higher quality probiotics (Seed, Ritual) that maybe cost more but are effective

I’ve been taking it ever since. I’ve tried a few times to use some cheaper stuff but they simply do not work as well as this product. I work in a low pay job. I’d rather pay good money for a product that does the trick rather than constantly going to the G.I. specialist. For me, this does the trick.
