    They never fully dissolve

    Every load washed with these I end up with one or two items that need to be rewashed due to the pods leaving behind a ton of residue. Basically, the pods do not fully dissolve, regardless of which wash cycle and water temp I use.

    Pods

    Tide pods are not dissolving, I have used them since they came out and loved them. Lately they are sticking to my clothes in every load. I am so fustrated I am going to stop using them. Did you change the design???

Sometimes, residue that feels like "hard plastic," puckering, or a "dried glue" sensation on garments can occur due to several factors, including: - Incorrect dosing or dispensing of the pods. - Adding liquid fabric softener during the wash cycle instead of the rinse cycle, which can cause a film to form. - Not adjusting the load size according to the washing cycle, leading to insufficient space for the pod to dissolve. - Low water pressure or interruptions during the wash cycle. - Some modern washing machines may position the pod on top or in the middle of the load, preventing it from dissolving fully. To help restore your garments, if they are stuck together, do not pull them apart to avoid tearing. Instead, soak them overnight in water and then re-wash without any detergent at the highest temperature allowed by the care label. We want to assure you that no changes have been made to the design of Tide PODS that would affect their performance.     We're really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide Original Hygienic Clean Power PODS. It must upsetting that the liquid left your clothing feeling in such way. This is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. So, to improve fabric softness, use liquid fabric softener as it works better than dryer sheets and always use the recommended amount. If your washer has a second rinse cycle, it may slightly enhance softening. Avoid overloading the washer to prevent detergent from getting trapped in fabrics, which can make them feel harsh. Machine-drying helps keep fabrics soft through tumbling, while line-drying outside is better than inside because wind prevents stiffness. If using "touch of Downy" detergent, adding liquid fabric softener can increase softness further. And, keep in mind older fabrics may feel harsher due to wear, but fabric softener can help improve their feel.     Love the product. Hate the fact I have to buy xl pods. I don’t need a xl pod it’s to much. Requires me to run 2 rinse cycles. Please sale regular size pods in the hygienic clean. Tide you claim laundry with your product requires less product. So why do you only sale xl pods?
