Having these 2 great supplements together is helpful and convenient. I just mixed them in a smoothie once a day (or shaker bottle with water for a quick take). I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something to help balance their mood if they tend to be more stressed/anxious (like myself).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the idea of the product, both the benefits it promoted and the ability to mix it into a drink rather than taking a pill or supplement. However, the instructions tell you to mix it into warm water, and I found the flavor-temperature combination to be a little odd for me. I thought it was better when I waited and had it cold instead. I did feel like it helped me relax slightly, but it was not a dramatic difference. Overall, it's not bad, but it's not as good as I hoped.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the flavor but that could of possibly just been in my head also. Overall, it definitely helped me relax more than normal and it's really good to take if you are restless at night and have a hard to getting yourself asleep for bed.

It's super easy to supplement in this form, however this type is only great if you feel backed up. I wish this was a more bio available form of magnesium. Otherwise I can't really tell the benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was offered this as a sample to try and was excited to try the product as I already use a Calm powder drink mix for a magnesium supplement. I was able to compare my existing supplement to this one and can personally say I found this one more relaxing. I am therefore likelier to use this at night vs in the morning. Compared to my Calm magnesium supplement, this has less magnesium but also has L-Theanine and GABA which my Calm supplement doesn't have. L-Theanine and GABA are both popular otc supplements commonly used for anxiety. I can't say this cured my anxiety, but it helps me destress at the end of the day. The berry flavor was also good and mildly sweet. It tasted artificial, which is fine for me... Just tasted like flavored water so it was something pleasantly different than the unflavored water I drink.

Youtheory Relax - Magnesium Powder allowed me to unwind, relax and enjoy my evening with my kids! I was leary about the flavor, because I normally have an aversion to powdered drink mixes, but the flavor was off the charts! I use it almost daily and recommend to all of my friends.

It lets me fall asleep and into a deep sleep. It smells amazing & tastes good. I will say I can sometimes have pretty vivid dreams after taking this.

As a side note: I received a free sample and the sealing process was too hot, thus ruining the product itself. I contacted customer service for youtheory and they got back to me promptly. They were very friendly, understanding, and professional. They shipped me a new product right away for me to test.

These past few weeks have been highly stressful and this definitely helped me remain calm. I've also had anxiety related skew issue and those have gone right for me. I recommend giving this a try. Its inexpensive and might actually help.

The taste isn't too sweet or overwhelming. I was a bit groggy in the morning the first few nights after I started taking it. This wore off and I began being very relaxed and getting good quality sleep at night with no groggy feeling after. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it does have a slightly metallic after taste. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product for someone who has trouble unwinding and relaxing at night.
