If you’re someone who just always thinks of food even when you’re full this will definitely help. I actually felt my mind go quiet for once . I mean obviously I eat when I’m hungry but it’s just not so loud anymore.

I've been using this dietary supplement for 60 days now, and I’m honestly impressed. One of the first things I noticed was how quickly it combated my cravings. While some reviews mentioned it took a few weeks to kick in, I personally felt the difference right after the first dose. I take the supplement when I feel hungry but know it's not true hunger—more like emotional or habitual snacking—and it really helps me stay on track. In addition, I drink a lot of water daily (about half my body weight in ounces), and I've noticed that the more water I drink, the more consistent my weight loss becomes. On days when I drink less water, the scale doesn’t really move—but even then, the supplement continues to manage my cravings effectively. Overall, it's been a great support tool for me on my weight loss journey!

This works for my cravings. I’m normally an emotional eater and I’m just not very hungry now. I think it makes me smell a bit differently, so there is that. The top to the container is junk. You have to take the whole lid off to open it. It should just be a screw top. Overall, I recommend it!

These vitamins are a bit expensive for what they do. They didn’t really do much for me. I’m not exactly sure what the ingredients are, but I don’t think they really combat cravings like it says they are supposed to.

I love this stuff. I have a problem with eating when I'm bored, and this has been a godsend. The lid is very convenient to open. I do have issues, though, because when trying to open the lid, the whole top pops off

I've been taking these for a little over a week now and can confirm they work! I have a huge snacking problem, whenever I'm bored I just eat, and I'm bored a lot. Now food isn't the first thing on my mind and I feel so much better. I'm really happy with these so far and my body feels so much better from getting the push to eat more intuitively.

Currently I’m taking Happy Hoo Hah and Combat Cravings and for some reason I’ve broken into a rash on my arms and legs. I don’t know if this is coming from the pills or if I shouldn’t be taking them both. On the positive side I think they do work. I’ve felt the energy and a change in my privates and feel great. I just don’t know what is going on with the rash.

Took only one capsule 9am Saturday morning for the first time. Sunday morning when I woke, I almost passed out as I lifted my head off the pillow-- the dizziness and nausea are overwhelming. Never again! Not worth it. Please be careful. // Today is Monday and I still can't do yoga, go for a walk, or play tennis. I'm afraid to drive. The dizziness is debilitating and very scary.

I use this along with teh Olly Metabolism gummies and it seems to be working. I don't crave the sugars like I was and I am not over-eating. Beacuase it is a capsule you don't need to worry about taste. I don't feel as though this alone will make you lose weight, but it is definitely making me feel less bloated.

So far the Olly combat cravings seem to reduce my cravings. There isn’t a taste to it since it’s a capsule but I do like how there is green tea for energy and goji berrys and ginger for the added health factor. I’ll continue to use it until I see a decline in purpose.

Yoooo, I assumed this prob wouldnt work but actually works so good??? Like when I take it I forget to eat and have to actively remind myself. I’m someone who can body a whole munchie meal by myself and still be hungry but taking these I am actually low key scared by how effective they are. And it doesn’t give you like a burning in your tummy hunger/haven’t eaten feeling either- it actually makes you feel comfy and full. Use it mid day and lasts even when I smoke the midnight za.

I love them. They really control my blood sugar. Before, whenever I ate something sweet or white bread, my heart would beat like crazy. These prevented those insulin spikes. I also lost 8 lbs taking these, 2 full months, 1 every day. They definitely help you from overeating. I am not dieting, just being more mindful.
