This product will slather your clothes in a super-strong offensive scent that lingers and lingers and lingers. Odor eliminators? No. My laundry smells and feels like they're covered in chemicals. First I have to stop using Dawn after being a loyal customer for 40 years. And now i have to stop using Tide after being a loyal customer for 40 years.

We're sorry to hear you didn't like the scent, and we understand that the scent of the product on the clothes is a personal preference. It could be that incorrect dosage could be the cause of too much scent remaining after the wash, so we recommend using less. If you use a fabric softener, this can also affect the scent left on the clothes after the wash. Be sure that you're using the correct amount of product compared to load size/dirt levels, and if you are concerned about the scent on your clothes, try re-washing in another product or variant. Each variant (i.e. tablets, liquid, powder, liquitabs) has a different perfume, so trying a different form may help. I got this to help with stinky gym clothes. And the stink is no longer there - or maybe it’s just masked by an overwhelmingly strong artificial scent. Way too strong - I won’t be getting it again.

I use this one whites, and keeps them super bright! The smell is not obnoxious, but definitely should avoid if sensitive to scents. I like the convenience of using one pod per full load, and not having to measure anything for the wash. Unfortunately, you pay for the convenience, a splurge in my opinion (pods are just borderline too expensive). !

Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. They run you round and round in circles and never answer the question. We came across a bad batch of pods that would discover all 3 chambers in water. The end result was ruined clothes and work uniforms. We’ve been using the same machine and pods for years at the same house. When trying to talk to CS and give them the box info, they don’t seem to want it or care. When asking them about finding out if it was a bad batch or not, they wanted me to mail the pods in and would need 6-8 weeks for a response. Hopefully it was just a bad batch and they get it fixed. Based on the CS I’ll never buy a PnG product again. Kayle and Paige really need more training on how to work with consumers. The pod didn’t breakdown in water after 30 mins.

Like another reviewer mentioned, small or large, cold or hot, it doesn’t matter. The plastic from the pods do not dissolve well and come out crusty and stuck to clothes. I gave up trying to use which is a bummer because I love the scent of Botanical Rain.
