The quality of this is so different from OG crockpots. It arrived damaged, not obvious from the exterior box, but simply because it’s so flimsily made. Customer service was helpful in processing a refund but it’s frustrating that you can’t trust the quality of a reputable brand because they’re cutting corners. Even the countdown display is ugly and cheap.

Do not buy! I was so excited to buy this new, larger, more stylish model, as I have owned many Crockpot models over the years. I currently have other models at home that I regularly use as well. However, this model is awful! I have to cook my food on the warming setting because even the low setting absolutely scorches food. I thought maybe it was just mine that had a malfunction, but looking online, I see that tons of people have had the same issue. When I contacted the Crockpot company, they told me there was nothing they could do, but they included a link to their website as well as a list of stores where I could purchase a new model. Seriously? Unfortunately, I will no longer be purchasing any of their products. I’m so disappointed in the company as they are aware this is an issue with this model, but do nothing to make amends for their customers.

I bought this crockpot in Dec 2024 to replace my Hamilton Beach slow cooker (the stoneware cracked). Love the color with the white stoneware. Unfortunately the heating element stopped working and the stoneware has tiny cracks all around the sides, dripping liquid into the heating element. I’m assuming this is why it stopped heating. Not happy with the quality of the product.

We were gifted this crockpot from our wedding registry and I was so excited to use it, except this thing cooks way hotter than any other Crock Pot slow cooker I’ve ever used. Any meat ends up over cooked, it even burns buffalo chicken dip on the “keep warm” setting. It’s basically useless :(

Very spacious crockpot and such a beautiful color. Only issue is that it gets way too hot. I had a 16lb pork shoulder roasting in there on low and about 3 hours in, it was boiling! On low! Yes it was nice that my food got done sooner than expected but it’s also very concerning that it’s getting that hot on a low setting. Even when keeping it on warm it still boils. I’m surprised it hasn’t been recalled.

Second time using the crock pot and I shattered the lid. But you can't even get a replacement one! It doesn't exist. Meanwhile, my other slow cooker lid was baked in the oven and still worked, dropped multiple times and didn't shatter but I at least could get a replacement.

Overcooks everything! Chicken stew that was supposed to take 8 hours on low, was overcooked & dried out after 4, and I used chicken thighs which are hard to dry out in a slow cooker with broth.. I’ve used 6 times and same results! I’ve been using slow cookers for over 40 years, and never had this issue… So it’s definitely this crockpot!

No temp control

I like the navy color, the timer, ease of use, as well as the locking lid. However, there is no temp control, regardless of the button choices. It boils my roasts regardless of temp. My roast today was on low (boiling) so I turned it down to "keep warm". A couple of hours later, it was still boiling and my roast was starting to dry out. Pretty disappointed.
