Don't Buy
I've never bought Kat Von D cosmetics and decided I would try the Radium Green eyeliner, and it was a complete disappointment straight out of the box. I opened the lid to a brand new eyeliner and the long stick of green eyeliner product came flying out of the applicator tube. I put it back into the plastic tube and back in the original packaging, and it will be going back to ULTA for a return and refund. Seriously, such poor quality product or product design fail. Just read other reviews and don't but this "Tattoo Pencil Liner" gel eyeliner. I'm saving anyone else the disappointment and time spent returning.

I bought this & when I got it it was like a hard plastic. It Wouldn't go on the eyes at all. It was 25.00. Iv tried ta get ahold of customers service but no 1 has called me back or im kept on the line 4ever. I would like ta have a refund. This was so awful for me..

I had the jet black last year... and it was the best. The new one I just got is so disappointing. Pigment is lacking and it hardly applies. Even when heating it.

Didn't work
I'm not sure if this product was old or what but when I tried to apply to my eyelid it would not work. I tried on my hand and it wouldn't work unless I pressed hard and scrubbed it on. I have used this same eyeliner for years but they quit selling at my local store so I ordered this online and it was a waste of money

Eyeliner not good
The eyeliners are both dry and will not glide across my eyelids at all. I've tried to heat them up and still I'm dragging my eyelids across my face to try and get color to show up. I get very little and it looks awful.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed that this gel eyeliner was hard and dry. It did not glide at all. I thought I would try it as a lip liner and it still would not glide. I tried it on my hand; on paper - nothing! I thought there might be some sort of protective cap on the end, but did not see anything at all. It was too much to send back. I just will not order any liners again.
