I would give it a 5 if it came in a 30 day quantity. I use it every day and it's really inconvenient. Not to mention bad for the environment since a 30 day supply could easily fit in the same bottle. It does work. It took a few days but now I go everyday and have had no diarrhea since taking it. I have IBS so constipation and diarrhea are both an issue. I highly recommend.

Works great if you are taking other laxatives
Worked with in hours for me . I all ready take laxatives so I just needed a over the counter friendly boost . I had my senna and collage earlier and too 2 chews around noon by evening have movement yes had some cramping but im used to it with constipation and ibs but that are other medicine out there that could me worse.

Best product in 30 yrs for my husband ❤️!
I began taking 1 chew daily with our vitamins while giving my husband (who is severely constipated always) 2 daily with his coffee. For this to work for him is the greatest blessing ever. I think what most may not realize is that if you take it with something warm.....it will work! I worried about my husband's having the comfort of a natural product and I finally found it. Thank you!

Not recommended for action
After taking 6 over the course of 3 days, I saw no change. I’ve been looking for an alternative to regular stool softeners and set out to give it a try. I have to take prescription meds for my bathroom habits that do require a little help. The taste isn’t bad but it absolutely didn’t produce any action for me. Expensive to have it disappoint. Oh well maybe it will work for others but I will not be purchasing again

Oh man… what a day! I took 2 gummies before church on Sunday morning. Within 30 minutes, I was telling everyone to leave without me. I was still on the pot when they got back. My stomach is doing flips that would make Simone Biles jealous. There is nothing left inside of me. I have a stomach ache like yall wouldn’t believe. My mom is making butterfinger ice cream but I’ve lost my appetite after taking these. That’s why I docked a star. I also docked a star because these things have torn my stomach up and I’ve been in bed all day. The older I get the worse my horn toots and these things had my torn tootin alright!
