Our vet clinic has used this product for over a year on luxury vinyl plank flooring.
We use a microfiber pad mop which has an attached spray bottle and use it at the 3oz/gal dilution. There is now a black residue that has built up. It is worse at edges and corners, I believe where the mop is picked up and leaves more liquid. Anytime we wipe up isolated areas with a water moistened paper towel, the towel is disgustingly dark. Also we can see dark streaks have filled in the texture of the flooring. Looking for suggestions on how to clean the residue and how to avoid this in the future. Elbow grease with water/vinegar was too slow to be practical. Also tried RTU “Rejuvinate” spray with a paper towel, also too slow.

This is a great product and we use it all the time.
We switched to the PH from the original, but with different dilution does that reduce the disinfectant effectiveness? Does it have the same ingredients as the regular?

Exactly what I needed
This product is just what I needed to keep my vinyl floors clean and disinfected with 3 dogs in the house, one of which is older and messes are constant. I wanted something easy to use, that did the job, and I did not have to rinse after use. This was perfect, and left the floor, clean, film free, no residue behind and now floors are clean and sanitary for grandchildren to play on, no matter how often I mop, its quick and easy. I choose this product because I use other products from this company and am well satisfied. Pros: Effective

I use this as an all purpose cleaner in my home. My favorite use is on my ceramic tile floors. It is concentrated so I use a spray bottle to dampen the floor and wipe clean with a towel or soft cloth. It cleans and does not leave one streak! It leaves a fantastic shine and no residue. No rinsing is needed. It has a pleasant aroma too. No strong toxic odor here. Highly recommended. I wish they sold this in the store but on line order and delivery was hassle free. Buy it now!!!! I used this cleaner on my ceramic tile floors. It smells wonderful, cleaned extremely well and YES—no rinsing. I was a bit surprised about the claim of “no rinse” since I did get a good amount of bubbles in my pail but true to it’s word, there was no rinsing, no cleaner residue, just a sparkling floor and wonderful clean smell. Pros: Easy to Use, wonderful smell

This is the best stuff been using it for 2 years now and they have quit stocking it locally but been buying on line for over a year now.. I hope they never stop this product.. we put it in spray bottles mixing 6 to 1 ratio one gallon makes 32 so you can even dilute more it has super nice smell and works great on wood or vinyl floors for pet cleanup. Get it you wont be disappointed. Pros: Lots of Features, Easy to Use

Odoban is the only cleaner I will ever use now. My floors are 100 year oak that haven’t been refinished in at least 20 years. Odoban is the only product I’ve found that not only cleans cat “accidents” in one use, even older stains, but actually gets rid of the odor. I’ve tried Natures Miracle and many other products, but nothing compares to this! And its not only for pet stains, I’ve used it in every room, and wow, the floors have never looked so good! Odo-Ban No Rinse Floor Cleaner
I have both a cat and a dog. I needed a cleaner for my laminate floors that would take care of the pet odors that might be lingering on the floors. This cleaner has a nice clean odor and cleaned my floors very well. I used the sprayer method instead of a wet mop. Mixing was easy and the floors dried streak free. I use other Odo-Ban products also.
