[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I 1am so surprised to be writing a glowing review for any kind of incontinence underwear, but I have to share. These underwear by Always Discreet Boutique are super comfy! They are very soft and easy to put on, easy to wear. They are out kind of high, but they're stretchy, so they kind of sit wherever you put them without being too tight or too loose. That stretch makes sizing pretty forgiving, too, thankfully. I like that they're available in black, which feels a little less... institutional or pharmaceutical or 'medical equipmenty'. They might be Old Lady Underwear, but they are actually pretty, too! Most importantly, they give me adequate coverage and are super absorbent, so I can sleep through the night or make it through an entire transatlantic flight without worrying about any humiliating accidents. I wish I didn't need them, but I am so grateful to have them!

Very durable comfortable!!

The material is super soft against my body, especially against the inside of my thighs where I normally have issues with irritation issues. I didn’t notice any noise from wearing them & I even asked my husband & he said he didn’t notice it as well. They are super durable especially with someone who has over active bladder syndrome & going thru menopause. Super easy to throw away with barely any smell at all from the waste can!

Hugs my butt like panties

I did feel like the absorption was sufficient. Overall I would keep your receipt in case you need a new size!

I couldn’t be more happier with what I received. First and foremost, I do experience both incontinence sometimes and still get really heavy menstrual cycles. This underwear comes handy, specially, if you have a long day and you are out and about. It’s a very comfortable underwear, with support as well as it has a nice scent! I noticed wearing this underwear that it was leak proof as well as I felt fresh all day wearing it individually, or over my underwear with padding for extra protection during heavy menstrual cycles. There is absolutely no noice wearing this underwear! It feels very uncomfortable on and the seizing is correct! This bag came with nine pairs of underwear that not only came handy as well as I felt fresh, confident walking out of the door early morning and coming home late evening to know that I have leakage protection! I Highly recommend this underwear!!! A+++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m pretty impressed with this product overall. I’m a solid size 20 and these fit as if they were regular underwear. They’re soft and they don’t dig in anywhere. I use them at night because using them during the day I have found to be kind of a pain and a pad works better for that. I’ve not had any trouble with leaks like I do with a pad at night because they don’t move around as much. They feel like cloth and they don’t show under your clothes. Overall, a solid product. I would buy these again.

I had them on all day and they held up all day. I forgot I had them on until I went to the bathroom. They were absorbent and keep me dry the whole day. I would recommend these to anyone.
