Defective

I couldn't get help setting it up for months and when they were set up one of them did not work. Too late to return. Wish I had tried to get help earlier so I could return them.

Hello GaiKP There is no reason why support would have been unavailable for this long period of time. TP-Link Support is available 24 hours a day through email, chat, or phone support. While manufactured refurbished items carry a 90-day limited warranty you can still work with support. If we have contact evidence from a time within that 90-day period and the issue was not resolved we may be able to offer assitance and an exception. Please reach out to support for assistance.
