I like it except the color cold be bolder. Also, I wanted a tv with such quality that you feel like you could walk into the show your watching. My daughter has a Samsung that is that brilliant, and my sister just bought a Roku and the picture is better than my Vizio. I purchased the Vizio because I had the brand a long time ago and I know it of good quality, long lasting tv.

I have had two other vizio tv's and loved them, this one I bought on saturday I've had nothing but buffering and refreshing problems with it, the other thing is watching sports it seems like the picture is stuttering, needless to say I'm pretty disapointed with my purchase.

How this got 4.5 stars, I do not know. The remote sucks (push buttons 10x and clicks 5). Continuously drops out of apps and goes to the Home screen on a daily basis. HUGE waste of money, as we're going to buy one less than 1 year after purchasing this one. Vizio absolutely sucks, next time I'll stick with Samsung.

The sound is "tinny" and cracks. I had to add a Bluetooth speaker just so I could hear what was on tv. Then after a few weeks, Netflix, You Tube TV and my other apps wouldn't load consistently. I would get a spinning circle or the tv would just turn off. Very strange. I'm really disappointed with this TV. I've owned Vizio tv before but this model is crap! I would not recommend this product. I gave it 2 stars because the picture is good when the tv is working and that is being generous.

This is my 3rd 55 in tv. The 1st one audio went out. Out of warranty. I bought it in 2019 out in 2023. Next in 2023 out 6 months later. Warranty replace audio went out apr 25 out of warranty. This one is my 3rd. I have been a customer since 2007 still have that 1st 42 Plazma I have 5 - 32in & a 24in I use as a Monitor

I have to press way too many button just to watch anything. I leave it on antenna, it keeps asking me to sign in. To what? Why? I'm just watching tv. This is way too much of a process and I'm already looking for another tv. Sign in?! No, it should just work. I won't be suggesting this tv to anyone.

This is the worse tv I have ever owned. It randomly shuts off by itself. The remote always needs to be repaired. The buttons don’t work right. The sound has stopped working. It’s been nothing but problem since the day I bought it. I highly recommend buying anything but this.

Wifi issues / screen flickering

Honestly it’s ok. But it disconnects from the internet every 2 months or so and the screen started flickering about 3 months in. The WiFi issue resolves on its own but can take hours to days to resolve and there’s nothing you can do. I can turn off the tv and turn it back on to fix the flickering, but it’s reallllly annoying because I have to start over to get back to the show that was on. It does this maybe once a week. Wish I could return or claim a warranty but the windows for that are 30 days so we were past that when the issues started.

I would have given 5 stars but there was an issue with the VESA mounting pattern. It was advertised as having a 200x200 hole pattern but instead it was 200x300 which didn’t fit my current wall bracket. Otherwise the picture is gorgeous and the sound quality of the internal speakers is great. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a Vizio again.

Brought this thinking it had a rj45 Ethernet port but nope and it will not work with a usb to ethernet adapter. A long time VIZIO owner I still love the picture quality, but that's where the good stops and i'm just disappointed starts. The lack of apps is clearly a reason to steer clear of this brand. My old VIZIO had a button that switched between the last 2 channels viewed but it's missing here. I'm thinking of switching to ROKU or Samsung for all my future purchases.
