Great features, not so great sleep
I think the idea of this is nice. The acoustics play different kinds of white noise and soothing songs, they even put me and our wife to sleep. The rocking functions is great as well to a certain point. The rocking back and forth isn’t as quiet as you expect and then squeaking and knocking actually keep the parents and baby from getting a good block of rest. If the squeaking and knocking could stop this would be an amazing product. The knocking and squeaking happen no matter what rocking speed you set it on. The faster the rocking motion the louder the noise. I wonder if there are better options out there for the price this one costs?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago maybe a little longer and it started off great, very comfortable, soft bedding but has started making a loud obnoxious knocking sound when it rocks, that being said it was great but I’ve had nothing but issues one after another. It is great for soothing baby to sleep but once it starts knocking it startles him. The rock is no longer calm slow or gentle. The bassinet at times won’t turn off unless unplugged. I’m very upset after paying all this money and having this many issues.

Sometimes it’s so bad I just turn it off completely and only use the vibration—which honestly, I’m not even sure is doing anything. At this point, I’m questioning if it’s even worth using anymore.

Love hate relationship
Love the bassinet but after a few months it starts to squeak. Having a second baby now and would love to reuse it but the squeaking needs to be fixed for the price of the bassinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and the rocking motion/white noise is nice.. however I wish it was quieter.. at first it was a loud motor noise, and now it has developed an obnoxious clunking noise. I’ve had it almost 3 weeks.. I feel like for the price it could’ve been a much better product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bassinet is extremely loud and clunky. Cry detection barely works. Once cry detection turns off, the motion discontinues even if the motion was on before.

Squeak.... Squeak.... Squeak
Got this to help soothe a preemie baby who came home from the NICU expecting the same round the clock care at home... He is doing fine but after his time with nurses constantly at his bedside he struggled to settle at home.. it's been difficult so the decision was made to get something to soothe him, but instead we ended up with the infamous squeak... It is so annoying, wakes the baby constantly, echoes through the house... Fost we hear it because his bedroom is right next to ours, but then seconds later it sets off the baby monitor. For the price, do better.

Motor sound issue
Got this from my sister as a baby shower gift. The motor has a loud noise and could barely use it as baby would wake up. Inside liner is smooth and spacious but due to motor being loud I ended up giving it up as I didn’t have any receipt to return it. We were using bassinets for all our family kids but truly disappointed with this one. I hope they upgrade

Very noisy

Not a necessity, but convenient
One thing I learned with my first baby 8 years ago is babies LOVE to rock/sway. This bassinet is definitely more expensive than your traditional bassinet. I figured if we never used the features at least it looks pretty (honestly I’ve spent money on less important stuff). At first when we came home from the hospital we didn’t use the features. Even on the slowest setting it seems too fast. Around 3-4 weeks old we started to use them. I noticed the combination of swaddle, paci and rocking does the trick! Especially after a warm bath and bottle. He’s 7 weeks old and is getting 5-6 hour long stretches at night here and there. The Bluetooth is great. We’ve streamed babys favorite music from Spotify to the bassinet (Jazz). The vibration feature is very settle. A lot of other reviewer’s have commented on squeaking, but honestly we don’t have that issue. The bassinet moves back and fourth with ease. Initially when I turn it on it does have a temporary knocking sounds that is not very loud, but after 5-7 seconds it’s gone and rocking quietly. Usually when we turn it on there’s also a sound machine on so I doubt baby hears it. It’s never seemed to bother him. Lastly my cons are that I wish one side would come down so I could lean in and get baby without putting too much pressure/weight on the top of it and worrying about it breaking. Another con is I wish the power cord was longer. It’s pretty short unless you have an outlet directly beside the bed. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this bassinet! Not a necessity, but definitely a good investment!

The Infamous Squeak

A brilliant idea but not worth it as squeaks so loud after awhile. Defeats the purpose because it wakes you and your baby up. Definitely not worth the price.

Pad needs work
Still adjusting- had I known there were no replacement pads I wouldn’t have purchased. Unreasonable to have to wash each time!

Easy to use but NOISEY!
I love how easy this bassinet is to assemble and use. I love the vibrate and white noise features but the rocking feature is so loud and after only a short time of use it started to squeak very loudly making it impossible to use to actually help my baby sleep…

Baby loved it, until the squeaking started!
I really wanted to love this bassinet because my baby actually likes it, when it works. Unfortunately, the squeaking is so loud that it defeats the whole purpose. Every time I try to soothe or rock her, it makes noise and wakes her right back up. I gave it two stars only because my baby likes the design and seems comfortable in it when she manages to fall asleep. But the constant squeaking turns what should be a helpful product into something pretty useless. I even have a video to show just how bad it is. Really disappointed overall.
