[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally got a chance to use this Raid Max Liquid Ant Bait. It was pretty easy to use and to install. Practically you just set the squares in the area where ants are located. I like that this was small compact and didn't have a strong odor. However, I did find that a bunch of the ants just couldn't seem to find a way to get inside of the squares to get to the bait. We had a few ants that were inside of one but not enough for us to say that this was effective or a good purchase. We left these out for 4 days. I'm on the hunt to find something else that may help us eliminate ants!

My husband and I noticed ants coming in through the window being repaired. And once I put one of these out, they went straight to it. And within 24 hours, We had no more ants. The setup is super easy—just pop them out of the packaging and place them where ants are active. I like that there’s no strong smell, so it didn’t bother me to use them indoors. At first, I didn’t see much change, but after a couple of days, I noticed fewer ants around. It seems like it takes a little time for the bait to work, but it does the job if you’re patient. I also appreciate that the bait is designed to go back to the colony and eliminate the source, not just the ants you see. One downside is that the liquid can dry out fairly quickly, so I had to replace one of the baits sooner than expected. Also, it might not work on all types of ants—thankfully, it worked for the little black ones invading my kitchen. Overall, if you're dealing with a minor ant problem and want something low-effort and mess-free, this is a solid option. I liked how there was 4 in the pack to use so I was able to put them in different parts of the house to use. There was no smell of the product which was nice. We would commonly noticed that any crumb or tiny piece of food on the floor would attract a swarm of ant if we missed it. This lead to us spending a lot of time vacuuming after each meal/snack or spraying ants if we missed something. After months of this back and forth I decided to switch it up and got these bait traps. After strategically placing them where I commonly see ants coming from, I slowly noticed a trail of ants forming. The trail lasted for less than a day and magically our ant problem was solved. My wife just said to me that she used to spend so much of the day cleaning and spraying up after the ants that she feels like she has so much extra time in the day! Great product and I highly recommend you try if you have an ant problem.

I was able to test this out and was surprised that I wasn’t having any more any problems. It’s discrete enough to hide in a corner, it has no odor. I do have a rabbit so I wasn’t sure how safe this was to put on low ground so I kept this on some counters instead. Overall, I’m happy that my any problem has stopped since I use this product. I would definitely buy this again since it does come in a pack so it was multiple uses.

It doesn’t have a odor, I will have to move it due to the kids being around but I’ll use them more towards the summertime when the ants come out more. Good value for the money and packaging

After a day or two, I noticed fewer ants, and by the end of the week, they were mostly gone. It seems like they carry the bait back to the nest, which takes care of the problem at the source. That said, it did seem like the ants had a hard time figuring out how to get into the trap at first. I even saw a few just walking around the outside, confused. Eventually they got in, but it took longer than I expected to really kick in. Still, once they started going for it, the results were solid. It’s not perfect, but it’s one of the better ant baits I’ve tried. Just be patient — and maybe give the ants a little hint on how to get inside!

I also have concerns about safety—it clearly states not to allow children or pets to play with the bait stations, which made me hesitant to place them in accessible areas. Not just the review unit I even used it couple of times over past two years. It works like miracle. I used to have mid (not small not very big) size red ants and it solved the problem so quick. Its my go to product for ants.
