    Needs work

    I noticed after a while the sponge starts to smell bad even when the product is used often. I felt I had to push down hard to wash my dishes and it aggravated my elbow tendinitis

    I generally rely on this item but unfortunately it doesn't last all that long, and has to be replaced every so often as the gray material degrades and even breaks in places. I'm on my third one in less than three years.

    Soap won't dispense

    I loved this item, but the handle was peeling after lots of use. So I purchased a new one. No matter how hard I push the button, the soap won’t dispense. I assumed it was a bad one. So I purchased another. The soap will not dispense on the new one either! Very frustrated. This used to be a good product.

    Stopped dispensing

    Purchased just a few weeks ago and it stopped dispensing soap. Not matter how hard I pushed the dispensing button or what I did, it won't dispense soap anymore. Disappointed with this.

    It continually clogs

    Likes….i love how well it cleans, how gently it cleans delicate glasses and how it bends to clean tight corners. For the first week I thought this was the greatest refillable scrubber ever! Dislikes…. It continuously clogs. I keep it standing on the base, I rinse it well, I make sure the sponge it totally wet, but the soap still can’t get through. Even pressing the dispense button with both thumbs.. lol.. the soap won’t come out. I tried adding a little water to the soap inside, this worked for one washing and then totally clogged again.

    Mixed messages

    I want to love this product and some of the time I do. It's cute, I love that you can put the sponge part in the dishwasher, and when it stays attached to the wand, it's awesome. But at least half the time, the sponge falls off when you go to use it. I can't quite figure out why sometimes it stays attached and sometimes it doesn't. I've already spoken to the company representative. They were very receptive to listening, and sent me a new wand and sponge. Again, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. It doesn't seem to be related to if the sponge is old or new, as I just put a new one on and it's doing the same thing. Some of the time I just take the sponge off the wand and use it with my hand – but that defeats the whole purpose. I will be looking for another option.
