Perfect Protection Temperature Regulating Mattress Protector - Allerease

Bought this cover to prevent anything from leaking through to our mattress. After having this cover for about 4 months my child came into our bed in the middle of the night to sleep with us and had an accident. When I went to stop the bed there was a huge wet spot which means it leaked through the mattress cover (the reason I got this specific one). Will definitely not pitch this particular one again.

This is an excellent mattress protector. The temperature regulation really does keep you from overheating the way that some similar products do. Also, any liquid that ends up on your bed never seeps through to the actual mattress so the product definitely does it’s job. The cover is easy to put on and take off and it washes well.

I always wash new fabric items before I use them. This one shrunk so bad in the wash that I can’t fit it on my mattress.

Unlike other mattress protectors that feel like you’re sleeping on plastic, this one resolves the “crinkly” issue. However, since putting this on I wake up sweaty every night despite 2 fans and low AC. After seeing some of the other reviews I know it’s not just me. It’s going in the trash tonight.

Do not buy if you need a waterproof protector. It did not prevent toddler bedtime leaks from leaking and wetting the mattress underneath.

Protects our mattress during “grownup time.” I do remove it right after and get the laundry started. I’ve washed a few times without issues. All the posts saying it’s not waterproof—- maybe try taking it off right away? I’ve never left it on my bed wet overnight so maybe it would soak through eventually but if you get it off asap it should work as described . Fits deep mattress with topper and stays on. Great price too

This is totally NOT waterproof. I just discovered that my son's mattress has mold growing on it where the protector is supposed to be waterproof! My son has accidents every once in a while and I didn't think anything of it until I went to remove the protector and realized the mattress was wet and moldy. (I'm a little shell-shocked, if you can't tell.) If I could leave no stars, I would. I'm utterly disgusted, shocked, and feeling guilty that I didn't notice it sooner and that my son had been sleeping in such a state for who knows how long. I will never again buy or recommend this protector. I have the king size on my bed and probably going to replace it once my son's bed is taken care of. Utterly unacceptable. To top it off, it's a tight fit on the mattress (14") and would never fit an 18" as advertised.

I dislike because the product is deceiving. It says it’s temperature controlled and it does not work. I wake up sweaty every night since I put it on my bed.

I thought I should write a positive review since most are negative. This mattress cover is exactly what I was looking for and more. I got it because my mattress is getting old and I’m trying to preserve it a little longer by keeping it clean because I love it and am not looking to get a new one anytime soon. The cover has a nice soft top and fits my queen pillow top mattress perfectly. It actually helps keep my sheets on more snuggly too. I’m a hot sleeper and have noticed the past two nights that I’ve slept with the new cover, I haven’t woken up hot in the night. The temperature control seems to be working well. I would highly recommend this cover to anyone with similar needs as me!

I dislike how it doesn't work and it is USELESS

Technically it is a mattress pad. However, it's pretty thin so not nearly as nice as most and doesn't do much to provide additional padding. The worst part and why we're returning it is that it has that crinkle sound so even after we put sheets over the top our guests will hear the crinkle as they shift at night. Nope.

The cover is easy to put on our queen mattress and we have washed it several times already. The cover retains more water than regular bed cover so it is better to wash separately and dry on a rack. So far we found some water on the tile floor underneath the drying rack. If your washer is capable of extra spin cycle, you should use it for this protector.

I liked the fact that it had elastic all the way around and just like the fitted sheet. Which is easy to put on unlike the zippered ones that are strenuous and requires a second person for some people. Fits slightly loose but I washed it before use and became a perfect fit for my mattress.

Like many others, this mattress “protector” did not help against my potty training toddler. Soaked right through. Purchased less than 6 months ago. Tried to call customer service for the “limited warranty” and they’re closed…

Not Waterproof! Ruined a brand new mattress!!

Not waterproof. Our toddler had an accident in our bed and it went right through this.

Not sure what it is but this cover looked discolored after first use. Washed it with hot water and bleach, but it's discolored again. Never had a mattress cover do this. It's small brown and black spots. Don't buy!

NOT WATERPROOF This is such a rip off. Soaked completely through and ruined mattress. Bought this did my three year old as we are port training for nights and was a total waste of money

Not waterproof as advertised. Very frustrating to buy and then have a mess to clean up in the middle of the night. Will be returning.

This is not waterproof at all! I put it on a brand new mattress and it didn’t work. Not happy!
