Nasty aroma, off-putting flavor
Cant stand this stuff and can tell instatntly if it is used in someones baking. Ingredients include "natural flavors" which are not listed, so there you go... I want nothing but vanilla, not whatever these weird, nasty additives that make this product terrible and what you bake terrible. Do yourself a favor and get somthing much better that if an extract is at most: Water, alchohol and vanilla beans. Really, I hate this stuff that much and it ruins your hard work.

Not sure on flavor.
Used the vanilla extract to bake Christmas cookies. Smell is light, color is pure. Didn't have any issue while baking. it's very smooth. Not sure on flavor. I wasn't able to taste as much vanilla in the cookies. Bottle design is perfect, doesn't spill all over as neck of bottle is long. Package design and functional is great.

Watkins Caramel extract and Watkins Baking vanilla
Love the way this enhances all my baking needs. The flavor is GREAT! I also love it in my caramel dip with the 1 teaspoon of the caramel extract and the baking vanilla 1/2 teaspoon of baking vanilla with 250g lactose free cream cheese and 1/4 cup brown sugar has been a major hit with all my friends. It's so quick to make, 5 minutes total. No cooking involved. Just throw the 4 ingredients into the food processor and whip it up! wow! No cooking involved!

Mild smooth vanilla
While this vanilla does not have the strong vanilla flavor of previous years, it is still a smooth flavor without the sharp alcohol aftertaste of some vanillas. I used an entire bottle in 1.5 gallons of ice cream to achieve a light vanilla flavor. I will be looking d for a stronger vanilla but would consider using this again.

Wouldn't buy it again
I've heard good things about Watkins Vanilla, but in actual baking and icing use, I find it overpowers the recipe. I want my vanilla to be subtle, which this vanilla plus is not.

I would have given this product 5 stars if it had included the "amount of sugar" thats in it in the nutrition facts. It tells you there's sugar in it but it doesn't say how much. I need to know that.

Glass vs Plastic bottles.......
I was expecting my vanilla in a GLASS bottle.......not a plastic bottle. The picture on-line looked like the bottle was glass......just like it used to be so long ago. I am sick of plastic.....go back to the larger quantities (OR actually ALL the vanilla) in glass bottles PLEASE.
