Swanson EFAs Coconut Oil softgels are a great way to introduce energy-enhancing medium-chain triglycerides into a diet. I got my short term memory back from coconut oil caps.

I've been buying coconut oil for some time for brain health. This says, "made in Canada". I realize they must mean "processed" in Canada cz last I knew, they can't grow them anywhere in Canada.

Many uses

I have been using Coconut Oil for years. I like the capsules because I give them to my dogs. I just slip it in their food and they eat it down with no mess. They have beautiful shiny coats....

sure way to consume coconut oil

I decided that taking pills is a great way to consume coconut oil every day. Also, it's not pricey. I love to take it right before doing exercise with a lot of water and I feel better during my workout.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought coconut oil in the solid form, in a jar, but found it inconvenient to get the daily supply. This is the best way to take it, in pill form and I'm able to be regular and taking it and get the benefits of coconut oil. Trust swanson's quality although a little more expensive than buying it in a jar.

So Convenient

Convenient Way to Take Coconut Oil

I take two of these each time I take Vitamin D-2000 and CoQ10-200 capsules, since they are fat soluble supplements. Makes a convenient way to provide the fat for the other supplements.

Says that it's virgin and USDA Certified Organic on the website but not anywhere on the bottle. I'd buy another brand instead.

Coconut Capsules

The one thing that I noticed the most is that these makes my eyes stop from getting dry in the morning. Even missing one pill makes a difference. I was happily surprised with that and will continue taking these once a day for that reason.
