Returning after one use
This rice cooker worked one time. The second time the control switch wouldn’t stay down, finally did but then the cook and the warm light both went out.

Broke within 3 month
Started to smell a burning electrical smell from the rice cooker within 3 months of purchase and the next time I used it, it completely broke and no longer works.

Wonderful Cooker!
I received this as a gift to replace my old rice cooker which I never really liked. I absolutely love this one! I wish I had bought it myself sooner! The fact that it not only cooks rice but you can cook many other things in it as well as steam foods! Cleanup is a breeze and I like the way the lid handle can easily be removed for thorough cleaning. This cooker is best with rice because it completes its cycle faster than any other one I’ve had. I made a note to myself to purchase one as a gift to others, especially a housewarming gift because they will Love it as much as I do!

Not a Big fan !
Bought this steamer /rice cooker for a replacement for a Black and Decker I owned for a number of years that was Great. The old rice cooker still is in working condition, except the rice cooker bowl has a crack in it. The new replacement rice cooker used for the first time, ended up scorching the bottom of the rice. No way to adjust the time or temperature for cooking. Should have stuck with the old design. Steaming/timing works better than the direct contact of heat to the rice bowl. Not a big fan.

Rice is Mushy
Can't get this to make good rice anymore. Got it for Christmas, after a few weeks it has stopped making rice perfect. it's mush, wet and gross. No clue how to get service or warranty work. but I need a fix. When it was working, it was flawless. I would have left a 5 star review if it performed the way it was at first.
