Nice, heavy iron with lots of steam holes. It did leave a few spots of water during ironing. Other then that, it’s an excellent iron.

Highest quality iron. Good weight and very even steam. Makes ironing enjoyable. If you invest in your clothing, you absolutely need to invest in a good iron to properly press them. Works so great on all fabrics. Oxford shirts look like they came from the dry cleaners and silk dresses are perfectly wrinkle-free without worrying about leaking water stains or burns.

Awkward, lopsided base, easily tips. Good luck returning this item, they’ll send you in so many circles, your head will spin and then refuse the return. Target has certainly lost their customer service edge.

Love Rowenta steam irons! They have always worked flawlessly in the past and the Focus Excel Steam Iron is no exception. Great steam! Powerful, dependable, and easy to use! I highly recommend this steam iron!

It would be 5 stars but I had to give it four because it’s pretty tricky to get the water in without spilling. Otherwise, it works really well! Directions are pretty clear and our clothes looked way better. It has a sleek design and is really smooth on the clothes. Unsure on durability but I like that it has multiple features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying the Rowenta Focus Excel Steam Iron has been a great opportunity to discover a new iron that has many great features so I can go ahead and discard my old one. This iron has so many great features to take advantage of. Starting with the powerful steam that covers a bug area of the fabric you are ironing. Fast and efficient leaving the fabric nice and free of wrinkles. My favorite is the precision tip which helps me get those corners and edges of shirts, pants, dresses etc. It has over 400 steam holes to provide a better coverage of the fabric with great results. It’s designed with a comfortable handle, also has precise burst and burst of steam buttons. The safety auto off its a very good feature. The stainless steel plate is durable and with very good quality. I used the iron in many different types of fabrics and clothing, all the results were excellent. Love this iron and total recommend trying!

The steam feature is easy to use and the water container is easy to fill and does not leak. I like it but some might find it a little heavy to lift and move around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't expecting to love an iron. It heats up in less than a minute. There is the iron to push a button for steam right when you need it but also a dial to have it automatically steam as you go at different rates. I was able to plug it in, iron a linen shirt and a silk scarf, and unplug it all within 4 minutes. It really is worth it and I only iron like 5 times a year (although I will likely do it more often now).

I was never a person that steams and irons clothes but with this new product it makes it really easy and simple. The design on the tip makes it easy to cover any surface and performs great on any material. It feels very comfortable to hold and use and the material on the iron feels extremely durable.

A wide plate that actually gets super hot, cutting ironing time drastically. The steam/spray function was steady and even. No uneven or super soaked spots at all.

Heats up super fast and has a pointed tip to make a perfect crease on your clothes or make a perfect line. Did a great job on my curtains and husbands dress slacks. I ended up liking this iron more than a Shark Professional iron I had been using that was a gift! While the Shark Professional is a great iron, it’s a little bit too big for my needs in an iron. This Rowenta is a slimmer design and fit better in my hand when ironing in comparison to the Shark. The iron also took a lot less time to warm up to ironing temperature. Another major gripe I had with the Shark iron is that the water compartment for the steam function is difficult to access if you’re trying to fill it in a sink. This Rowenta was great as the compartment’s door is right on the front and can even maneuver itself into a bathroom sink to fill! The tip of the iron was also slimmer than my Shark which made ironing smaller creases and areas much easier. Overall I loved this iron and I’ll be switching to using it permanently over the Shark! Great product!

Nice iron but it has started to spit out dirty water after a few uses.

I like this iron very well. I thought it was made in Germany though like my old one that got broken.

I purchased this item 3 days ago and it does not function properly. It drips water, the auto shutoff activates immediately, it spurts water at different times..etc. This is not Rowenta quality

I do like my new Rowenta with one reservation. The “buttons” for shot of steam and spray locations and their shape are such that I sometimes accidentally hit them during ironing. The is a little aggravating! But guess I’ll deal with it. I still like my old Rowenta much better- model DW2070. It was a little smaller and lighter which I really liked but it began to leak a little from time to time apparently around the sole plate 😞. Thus the new purchase.

These are great steam irons. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the fact that I was sent someone's return. There were remnants of water in the tank, no soleplate cover, unravelled cord etc. I paid for a new iron and so I am upset at getting someone's return. What a pity. I used to think so well of Rowenta
