Not sure is this real Oribe

Opened the shampoo bottle out of packaging and Shampoo bottle has peeling plastic on the outside. I have not ever seen that before when I have bought Oribe from Nordstrom. It makes me question authenticity of this product. Buyer beware that this is not coming from Target but a different vendor!
