Terrible
I bought this for Christmas. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and thought this was it. It's not. The crust and bread are always hard/heavy. I have tried every setting on this machine and have used different brands and types of flour/ ingredients. The French Bread Setting gives you pretty close to inedible bread. The crust is really hard and thick, and I like a crusty bread, but this setting makes the crust so hard I had to throw it out. Then I belatedly realized they only take returns if it is unopened. That doesn't show a lot of trust in your product. Maybe their other models are better, but I wouldn't take the chance, especially at their price point.

Disappointing results and no return option
I purchased their one-pound bread maker and followed the instructions exactly. I tried whole wheat, white, and banana bread, but the taste of all three was disappointing—especially the banana bread. The troubleshooting guide offers little room for adjustment without affecting the rise. My main issue is the non-returnable policy. If you don’t like the results, there’s no option but to discard an expensive appliance, which is very frustrating.

perfect size for one or two people
This is the perfect size! I love fresh bread and not a fan of having it sit around. I love this because while I make bread more often, it's fresh instead of stale.

Perfect Size
My third and last bread machine, because I finally found a good one. First, it's so quiet compared to the others on the market, you will hardly notice it is running. I especially love the baking tin, as it's not the stamped metal tins on the cheap machines. This bread tin is anything but tin, but made from cast aluminum and feels solid and heavy. After baking, the bread removes easily leaving the paddle behind. I especially like the recipes that came with it, though, I often use whole grains rather than bread flour, and the bread still comes out great.

A perfect little bread maker!
This little guy is awesome! I was a little intimidated at first that recipes would be strict and the machine would punish me for the smallest mistake. Turns out, that wasn't the case at all! You definitely still need to read the user's manual and pay attention to your ingredients, but both included recipes and others I found online turned out great each time. Way more versatile than I originally feared. I only wish other colors were available besides white so it matches my other appliances. If you're interested in a breadmaker and you don't need large loaves, you couldn't ask for better.

Great little machine
Great little machine. I have made all kinds of bread over the last month and it has never failed. With 300 grams of flour in the recipe I am guaranteed a delicious perfect sized loaf for two.

Easy machine that works
What a great little bread maker. It will not make a huge loaf but it could not be simpler and it is basically putting measured ingredients into it, in sequence, and then just letting it do the work. I would recommend it for a couple or single person. I have only made the basic bread recipe but it has been very easy and I don’t have to worry about all the additive in the bread.

Quiet producer of great bread
This is a replacement from another brand, which had a 2# horizontal pan. With this machine, I followed the recipe exactly & must say the bread is excellent. No tweaking to the recipe is needed. It is quiet, easy to use, & the paddle did not get stuck in my bread. So glad I gave myself this little gift!

Great machine - even for inexperienced bakers!
I’m very happy with this machine. I’ve never tried baking bread before, so my very first attempts were with the mini Zo and all of them came out looking amazing and delicious, which is very encouraging for a novice baker. I found the instructions clear and that by following them my breads come out perfect. I’d recommend it to everyone who’s never tried baking bread before, it’s very easy.

Recommended for singles
I was sick of freezing half loaves and always having to screen labels for sugar and weird chemicals. This machine lets me eat fresh bread and I know what goes in it. It's quiet and it doesn't make my entire kitchen hot for hours while bread is baking. After experimenting with ingredient amounts and translating the recipes in the accompanying booklet from volume to weight, I can easily make 3/4 and half loaves. It's a miracle machine! 10/10 do recommend

The best bread machine I've ever owned! Makes traditional loaves, built to last with no issues. Easy to use with pre-programmed settings and timer function. Can even bake cakes and make jam. Worth investment fresh, homemade bread. No rusting or warping issues. Highly recommend!
