  • A: Copper is an essential dietary nutrient necessary for synthesis of cellular energy and antioxidant processes. The Institute of Medicine (IOM) has established a Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of copper at 900 mcg (0.9 mg) daily to reduce the risk of deficiency in a healthy population. The IOM has also established an Upper Limit of copper at 10 mg daily to reduce the risk of toxicity in a healthy population. We recommend speaking with your personal healthcare provider before starting on any new product.

If the tablets are difficult to swallow, the tablets may be crushed and put into a beverage to be consumed or mixed into a soft food such as pudding or applesauce.     Felt the difference immediately

    POV: it’s 8 days before Christmas, you’ve had anxiety for years, the economy is in shambles, the SAD is sadding, you are tired of your pms mood swings. You stumble upon a bottle of vitamin B complex for stress and remember your mother suggested it helps for pms. You say it can’t hurt. You take it, a new person emerges within 1-2 hrs. You aren’t snapping, you can set your phone down bc you aren’t constantly looking for a dopamine hit, you aren’t exhausted on the couch. You play with your kid, you have patience, your brain is quieter. You realize you probably should have gotten that blood work 8 months ago when the doctor recommended it but you’re.. well.. adhd. You realize wow I’m clearly vitamin B deficient. I will follow up with my doctor soon and get the bloodwork done. But this is helping for now. Is it gross tasting… ya like any vitamin. But the difference in mood/stress/anxiety/patience is worth it. I’ve also lost like 2 lbs so that’s cool. 🥲 not sure if it helps someone who is not deficient, but it’s helping me.

    Just awful all around

    The smell of this product punches you in the face as soon as you open the bottle and the taste is somehow worse. It lingers for in the back of your throat HOURS. God forbid you have to burp or something because the taste of it will come back and have you gagging.

    Tastes nasty. You would think how can you taste a pill….but you can sure taste this one. Worst of all it leaves a lingering bad taste in your mouth. Going to switch it a different vitamin.

    So far, so good

    I was exhausted by 2pm everyday and just wanted to go home and nap. I also have functioning anxiety. After starting these vitamins, I feel great. No more naps and way more calm- slowed down my overthinking at work. So far, so good.

    Great B Complex

    I just started taking this and already feel like I have results. I love that it has 500 mg. of Vitamin C, plus the zinc and copper ratio; and the B vitamins are so helpful for health and energy.

    Made me puke :(

    It has made me throw up everytime i take it. I never ever leave reviews and idk this just didn’t work for me. One of the reviews said not to take it on an empty stomach and i thought that was it but i took it like right before bed and i threw it all up anyway. I wanted them to work so badly :/

    Used this for a couple years before I found out it is not vegetarian. If you aren't vegetarian, this appears to work well.

    Very Large

    These are not quite horse pills, but they are close. Large and they taste and smell bad although they don’t smell like BK whoppers to me as some other posters have indicated. Hopefully, they will work! This is my first day
