This is a reliable favorite. I would definitely only use this on the body as it is full of fragrance. No pilling or white cast. That's my only gripe,but Target doesn't carry Banana boat Light As Air which is my preferred sunblock. This lotion doesn't feel sticky or greasy but is also not moisturizing.

Pasty, thick, hard to spread
I need two hands to squeeze any lotion out of the bottle. The consistency is super thick & pasty! Totally different from the small travel tubes, which are more liquidy. It also leaves a white cast. That part isn't as big of a deal bc i only use it on my body, never my fave. Why in the world did they make the bottle so thick and hard to squeeze! I wont buy this again! One positive, it smells good.

Reformulation Fail
Banana Boat's attempt to reformulate this product is a total fail. It is extremely sticky and smelled of cheap cologne. I was sticking to my beach chair, it felt gross under the hot sun. Had to rinse it off at the beach and stay under the umbrella the rest of the day.

Time to find something else
I have used this brand for decades, but I am looking for something else now. They have changed the formula and it’s greasy and clogs my pores. I have bumps all over. Also, I use 50 spf and reapply and I still got tan after only 1-2 hrs in the pool. I don’t think this works as well as it used to.
