Not what I expected.
This is the second time that I've ordered the same Hamilton Beach mixer. The first one had a problem with the motor. The mixer stopped turning. I was 1 month past the warranty, barely used the mixer and the company offered me 20% discount to buy another. This was not acceptable to me. I bought another approximately 30 days ago, baked my second cake today and it is malfunctioning. The batter cover doesn't fit properly. I'm really disappointed with this product and don't plan to buy another one.

This mixer is easy to use and comes with all the necessary attachments that are simple to put on and remove. I do wish however, that it came with 2 bowls (a smaller one would be nice to mix ingredients that will be added at the end of the recipe.

Amazing Stand Mixer
This is a great stand mixer for the money. I had the expensive name brand one but I found I didn’t use it much because it was so heavy and much bigger. I dreaded pulling it out to use it. I bought this one based on reviews, and I’m so glad I did. It’s very easy to move it from my pantry to my countertop. I’m using it for making cookies, quick breads and cakes. Today I used the dough hook to knead bread. It was so impressive and saved me a lot time and hassle of kneading bread dough. I highly recommend the Hamilton Beach stand mixer if you want one that does what the bigger more expensive one does for half the price. I got it in black and it looks very nice too! Hopefully it lasts a long time. I did purchase the extra insurance just incase something goes wrong but so far so good!

I bought this gem for my granddaughter after she told me she made butter and it was hard because it took so long with a hand mixer. She loves this appliance and I was surprised when I was researching mixers that it compares quite nicely to the other name brand. It is 300 watts and it has a dough hook. My granddaughter wants to make bread already but she did make her daughter's first birthday cake with the mixer, banana with strawberries.

Strong beginner mixer.
So I’ve gotten the itch to start baking, so my mom, a chef, jumps into action and buys me the Hamilton Beach 4qt. stand mixer! This thing gets the job done and is efficient. I am going through the trial and error stage of baking, and this thing has been putting in OT for me. I would suggest this for anyone beginning to use a stand mixer, or anybody who’s just looking for an efficient mixer for their kitchen.
