I have really thick hair and decided to test this gel out due to the great reviews however this gel did not hold my hair in place at all. I really wanted this to workout with my hair but oh well! I did like that the formula of the gel does not stick to your hands and does not have an overpowering smell.

Inexpensive and worth it.

This gel is amazing, the hold is strong and allows my type 4 hair to still look great even during humid weather. Although there is a gel cast when is the gel dry, I usually just solve that by “scrunching the crunch” via the prayer hands method with either an oil or with Shea butter after which my hair becomes soft. The only time I ever experienced slight flakes was when I used the shea moisture smoothie, other than that I haven’t experienced any flaking with my other leave ins or stylers.

Ugh! Residue

0 Stars This product is horrible. 1 Star for being a good price #cheap Get what you pay for. 2 made my curls tight and held them for days -1 star flakes its like dandruff till wash and it turns into like glue -1 star residue its like glue 1- star l wasted my money and walking around while people staring at my flakes. How embarrassing. After washing my hair the product look like glue. False statements on product label. If I really wanted glue i my hair thats what I will buy smh. Target really needs a test product before selling to consumers plan. Ridiculous!
