Do not use : in large quantities,on wounds or on irritated or damaged skin,with a heating pad.

When using this product

When using this product : use only as directed,do not bandage tightly,avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes,do not expose the area to local heat or to direct sunlight.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

Stop use and ask a doctor if : condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days,symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days,redness is present or excessive skin irritation occurs,you experience severe burning pain, swelling, or blistering where the product was applied.

Directions

Close cap tightly after use. Keep carton as it contains important information.

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older

Apply a thin layer to affected area every 6 to 8 hours, not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Massage until thoroughly absorbed into skin. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after each use.

No Icy - No Hot!

I have used ICY HOT menthol for years and you get that immediate feeling it's working. I use this lidocaine roll on and there is nothing, no icy no hot. So I too, purchased a second bottle and the same thing? I don't know if it's the roll on or the product, but very very disappointing!

Rash/allergic reaction

Caused an itch where I applied it, eventually turned into this rash. Everywhere I applied it I got the rash, but because my pain was mostly on the shoulder/neck part (slept wrong) that’s where the rash is the worse.

We have used icy hot for years the last 2 roll on we have bought havent done any thing. Didn't heat or cool. Nothing only bought the second one because we thought maybe it was just that one but no. So disappointed.

I have purchased the original Icy Hot roll on and it works amazing for my tired and sore muscles. This lidocaine based product does not work at all, not warm at all. It seems like it has no benefit for actual pain relief. I noticed others were disappointed as well.

Burning

I bought this today and it was the first time using it. I was looking for some relief on my knee and back pain before seeing further help. After applying my back became warm and knees were cool which was pretty comfortable. After about an hour and a half I experienced extreme burning, especially on knees. After rinsing with cool water and trying to wash off the product it only led to more burning. My knees are now red and puffy.

I saw the roller last week and bought one. I swear by the cream and patches, so I figured it would be nice to to throw in my bag to have for on the go use. Unfortunately, when I opened it up to use it this evening, it didn’t do anything. No icy or hot lol. It literally felt as though I just applied some sticky lotion. I even had my hubby roll some onto his arm and leg to make sure it wasn’t a me problem. Nope. This product absolutely doesn’t work. Really disappointed.

Gave me the worst chemical burn. I was in severe pain from it and nothing helped I actually thought I needed to go to the emergency room. I’m already in pain obviously since I need to use it but now pain is so much worse in a different way. Do not buy and should be taken off the market! Just an unsafe product.

Dont waste your money

Product didn’t work at all. Like others have said, it dries quickly, but it does not do what it says it will do. No pain relief whatsoever. No icy or hot feeling. No feeling at all.
