The ONLY eyeliner I use. I’ve used this for YEARS. The one thing I would change is the packaging design. It’s so hard sometimes to open the tube. The formula itself is great!

I like the liner but PLEASE redesign the packaging! It is almost impossible to get the cap off, especially once you have some product on your hands.

It applies nice but the cap is very hard to take off. I end up having to bite down on it to pull it off and then it splatters on me. That's the only bad side.

The liquid did not reach the tip making it almost impossible to do a good wing eyeliner or even just a thin line and the felt tip would pull on my eyelid

The formula for this eyeliner has apparently changed, and Target did not update their information on the listing. I have previously purchased this eyeliner, and was ordering a replacement today. I am very allergic to phenoxyethanol, as many people are, so even for cosmetics I have purchased before, I always check the ingredients list in case the formula has changed. I checked this listing before adding it to my delivery order, and I checked the ingredients again before opening the eyeliner. I was disappointed to see my allergen listed in the ingredients list. The correct ingredients list is: Aqua (water, eau), styrene/acrylates coploymer, propylene glycol, glycerol, phenoxyethanol, sodium hyaluronate, CI77266 (black 2)

Eyeliner sticks and pulls eyelid skin, making it impossible to even draw a line. Wish I could bring it back. Waste of $9.

I love the eyeliner. It’s smooth a dark black. Not patchy and doesn’t flake off. The reason for 4 stars is I find it really difficult to open and the outside is too smooth and a weird shape.

I am beyond amazed at this Eyeliner. It is the blackest black. Glides on easily, and has the longest staying power out of all the non-waterproof eyeliners I've tried. I put it on in the morning and come home at night, and it hasn't moved a bit! The pen is easy to hold and the sharp tip is perfect to draw that beautiful cat eye. Will certainly repurchase!

I would give it no stars if I could. Cap is horrible. That point makes it hard to grip and it's tightly on. Flaky, poor formula, almost plastic like. You cannot make a mistake or touch up the line or it will remove part of it and you end up with a connect the dot or morse code going under your eye. You can see the flaking more when you try to remove it, messy, flakes all over your eye.
