Clogs on the regular
I bought this vacuum a few years ago. It still works, but I would not buy it again. It clogs regularly in two spots and needs to be unplugged with a flexible grabbing tool. We have no pets, so its not a pet hair problem. It is easy to use and empty, which I really like. When I use the hose, the front wheel continues to spin and it has chewed marks into my linoleum more than once. So just make sure its on carpet before you use the hose part, and buy yourself a flexible grab tool to unclog the hose.

Overall Pleased
Love this vacuum! So light and easy to maneuver. Much quieter than my previous Hoover. Does good at lifting dirt and debris. My only desire is I wish it had a headlight and a combed attachment for steps. The brush attachment picks up the dirt from the stairs but the bristles are not strong enough to life the carpet pile to make it look like new.

I bought this vacuum in 2022. It worked pretty well.....for about maybe a month....maybe. Then it stopped working well. When I would try and use it, I would have to stop about a minute-three minutes in. The hose kept getting clogged(no my house isn't a gross heap). It would take me about an hour to unclog it. Try again after....bam same thing would happen. I called the store that I bought it from but couldn't do anything. So now this not so cheap vacuum just sits here. Here I thought Hoover Vacuums were supposed to be one of the very best.....boy was I wrong.

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this vacuum. Even after limited use, the wheel plate broke off. The suction is only average. It is big and clunky and will not vacuum under furniture or beds. The power cord is not as long as my other vacuum. I would not recommend this vacuum.

I've always loved hoover. My mom used them, I remember pushing that heavy machine around. Of course I was just a child, the heavy duty vacuum of today is much lighter. Without sacrificing quality. I have the carpet cleaner as well. It's just as great. Thanks James z

Don't buy this.
Suddenly stopped working after I emptied it. No clogs, clean filters, and outlet works fine. Wont turn on.

Hose too short
The hose is too short with the extensions. You can't reach high places without lifting the whole vacuum.

NEVER BUY this vacuum
I grew up on Hoover from my mom and grandma it WAS always the best, not with this vacuum I've only had it 7 months and I've had problems since the start. There's not one part of this vacuum that's not broke. This thing hit me HARD so many time in the head, you move slightly and it falls over very dangerous actually. There's not one hose is way too short I had to hold up the entire thing while having the hose in the other hand. It's not very light. Tank broke on the bottom where your supposed to press the button and it opens to empty I had to catch mine because latch broke. The smaller wheels underneath broke off resulting in spit back. The piece that holds the hose to tank broke I've been holding it on with electrical tape. The cord never stayed hooked up resulting in multiple chews in the cord from accidentally running over it. Horrible for staircases. I could go on but you should see the pattern, Just don't buy it seriously the worst vacuum I have ever had in 45 years of vacuuming.

This vacuum has great suction and cleans really well. The only issue I have is the size. It's really heavy. The canister is also too big. You can't clean under beds because the large canister hits the furniture. Also the cord is too short, needs another foot. When making vacuums maybe make the bumpers white so they don't mark the baseboards black.

I always buy hoover and the vacuums were always strong. This one however seems like it picks up dirt at first then what ever it picked up, the vacuum ends up spitting it out on your next vacuum.
