HENCKELS Classic Precision 16-Piece Kitchen Knife Set with Block, Chef Knife, Steak Knife Set

Love these knives. Sharp, long lasting edge. Best knife set I've ever owned. Would recommend these to anyone looking for a quality set.

I recently received this set, and it has been fantastic. No issues and the knives are very sharp, and cleanup is a breeze. I had been looking for a new set of knives, and my nephew had this brand. I knew the brand and knew they were very well made.

We've had these for a year, and while I typically love this brand, this knife set has been a nightmare. They work well; however, they do not last. We are on our third knife that has cracked, and it seems to be an ongoing issue.

Bought this knife block set as a Christmas present for my mother to replace her older set from Henckels that had issues with broken knife handles and rust spots. Appears despite the price tag, this set isn’t made any better as the knife sharpening tool was broken straight out of the box. They will not replace it for her she and it is not covered under warranty apparently.

I really like how sturdy and easy the handles are. The steel also feels stronger and heavier than the Chicago cutlery one I used to have.

Knives seem well made and balanced. Only had a chance to use a few of them briefly, but so far they seem to perform well. Not sure I’m in love with the finish on the handles, but they are acceptable. The block is huge and not as refined as it should be. There at very small chips in the finish at the bottom and found one slot had a chunk of wood that prevented me from inserting a knife. Our previous knife set (cheap farberware) had a block the stood taller and thus took up less counter space. Overall, nice set that could use a few refinements/improvements.

These knives are like cutting rock, solid butter. They are so sharp and you don’t need to apply any pressure I love how it includes steak, knives, pairing, knives, chefs, knives, butchers, knives. You don’t need to look any further than purchasing this knife set set

These knives are thin and not up to the quality one would expect from this company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this beautiful knife set today and I am so pleased with the knives. They came wrapped and protected in the packaging and were perfect. My first item to try them was on a lemon and what a refreshing feeling to see how easily the knife cut through the fruit with very little effort. I used the steak knives and they were equally enjoyable to use. Finally, I was able to chop several pieces of raw chicken into precise and even pieces to be used for a stir-fry and it did not involve any "sawing" motions on my part. You don't realize how inefficient and dull your old knives were/are until you receive and use this high quality set. I can't wait to try out all the other knives in the set. The block is beautiful and matches the decor of my kitchen. Thank you for making my day! I look forward to using these knives for years to come.
