I am not happy with the flavor of gummy. It is inedible. The elderberry tastes much better. I can't eat them.

I have been using them for 3 days now and I have seen How I go to sleep like at 10 pm and wake up early. The flavor is also yummy!

I would not buy these again. The gelatin ratio is off so there is a weird crunching when you bite down? I also think the flavor is awful. Going back to the olly brand.

My search is over. These are sugar free, taste great, help me fall asleep fast, and best of all don’t leave me drowsy in the morning. Amazing product, I am a user for life! Just wish they were a bit more economical, but for what they do it is absolutely worth it.

I started using the Nordic Zero Sugar Melatonin Gummies a few weeks ago. After trying other melatonin gummies, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I can sleep better at night.

These work great! I take 1-2 gummies when needed. I found I do not need 5mg other brands carry so these are perfect. The raspberry flavor is fine considering they are sugar free but the gritty texture is a little off putting.

Soft, not to chewy, taste good and do work for me!

These are so awesome! I have had various sleep difficulties for at least 10 years. I went through a period about that long ago where I couldn't fall asleep until 3 or 4 AM. Over time, I got to where I could fall asleep around 12-1 AM, which is better but still so late. I recently decided to try these gummies, and so far I LOVE THEM! I can take one at 10 PM and be asleep by 10:30 or 11 with very little time lying in bed before falling asleep. The time period where I couldn't sleep until 3-4 AM created this vicious cycle where I was afraid to try and sleep, and would avoid sleep until I was so exhausted I knew I could sleep, making the problem worse. The first handful of nights I tried these, I did have an issue waking up several times a night. That has gotten better after only a week or two, and I now wake up just a couple of times a night, and usually get right back to sleep. If you have the same issue, try to stick it out and see if it gets better. I love that these gummies are only 1.5 mg because anything more than 3-5 is way too high (and IMO, even 5 is too high). The earlier sleep cycle I'm on now seems to be helping my own circadian rhythm, and I get sleepy around 10 PM now, whereas before I would be wide awake. These also taste incredible, like having candy before bed. I have tried a million supplements but I truly am so happy I tried these and plan to keep using them.

After trying so many other brands, I have found the best melatonin product out there! My problem was I always had awful nightmares with the other brands. With Nordic Naturals I go to sleep and stay asleep! What a great thing to wake up refreshed! I’m so glad my doctor recommended this company!

I tried other brands but these are the best! Tasty and deliver just the right amount of melatonin to lull me into a fine, restful sleep.

I started using these before bedtime 3 months ago, and am hooked, will never go back to standard drug store offerings. Seems to take affect within 15 minutes or so - and I sleep well through the night. One chewy and I am off to dreamland!

My 8 year old child was having a hard time going to sleep so my boss suggested trying these. I gave him half of one before story time and it helped a little, but not greatly. The following night, I gave him a whole gummy and he was asleep before I could finish a chapter! We don't need them every night anymore, but they always work as needed. He has not complained about odd dreams on the nights that he take this like he normally does without taking anything.
