Color, accuracy no! way off terrible
Color accuracy was completely off. My hair was a warm chestnut brown. Now it is a dark dark brown almost looks black I was only trying to cover up the grays and keep a color that I already had. It made my hair way darker than I had expected, considering the box said on the side of it that it would lighten my hair depending on the tone of the hair it showed images of lighter hair if your hair was darker, my hair was already a warm light brown now it is almost black

Had an allergic reaction scalp is extremely itchy,bumps on my neck and ears. I has this problem with a different hair dye but my hair is smooth and shiny and applied very nicely and is even. The last time this had happened with a different die the iching did not go anyway for about a week.
