    Lid defect

    I loved the blender but the lid ripped twice??? I can’t use it because I need a new lid. Is there anyway I can order just the lid??

    I purchased this last year as a Christmas present for a family member. The first time it was used, the item seemed great. It blended a fruit smoothie really nicely. After using only a handful of times, it stopped working and wouldn’t blend. I discovered the issue was the plastic wheel on the bottom of the blender cup. It was degraded and worn from the motor spinning after only a few uses and wouldn’t turn (see photos). The item was no longer under warranty when this was discovered, so it was discarded. Complete waste of money because of cheap parts not designed to last. I’m embarrassed I gave someone such a poorly made product. Also, the item was shipped in its original packaging (no outer box), and the packaging was badly damaged. Again, I purchased this as a gift and had to find alternative packaging for the item. I should have returned it then, but didn’t have time to purchase an alternative. I recommend buying a better product in store if you can.

    So cute, Berry red, so strong

    Perfect size for one. So easy to use. Motor feels substantial. Like a sweet pit bull. Lid fits good, easy to remove without splashes. (Im 71 with twisted fingers, easy on and off) Easy to clean, like most blenders blades ARE SHARP! Large enough to put your whole hand in, DON'T! NOT WITH OUT A CLOTH. I suggest rince good then fill with clean water and turn it on. Just a moment, put it in your drain rack. I dont know if you can put it in a dishwasher but I wouldn't. Too easy to clean, I woulnt do it. A welcome addition to my counter. All my other counter things agree. Thank you!

    Great product, but I had two others prior to this and they stopped working.

    Overall really nice and product. I just wish they were more lasting, previous two I had broke down prior to the warranty being over, this is why I’m registering the product this time. I thought warranty was just 1 year before so I replaced them, but now I know it’s 3 years.

    Item was not shipped properly.

    This item arrived as pictured with out being boxed for shipping. It is in pretty bad shape. I purchased this item as a Christmas gift. I will have to unbox it as I cannot give to anyone like this. I hope it works.
