Once complete, toss the two components and a dryer ball into the wash on delicate and you should be all set to snooze in no time!

Upon adjusting one's sleeping position on it so that one's whole head, neck, and the tops of the shoulders rest on the pillow, many felt much more comfortable. We recommend adjusting your position on the pillow!
