Recently my Dad had surgery that requires me to clean and repack a wound in his lower back area. The mattress pad I have was cloth and had a tendency of crawling all over the bed depending on how active you are in bed. Consequently, some of the drainage had seeped through the sheets to the what was supposed to be the mattress cover, but it had creeped over. So now my mattress is stained. So I bought this for the time being. It's what feels like a shower curtain like /material consistency. It's zippered around the mattress, so the mattress is safe.

Way too big for the mattress. I had to remove and I might return bc it's definitely not breathable as advertised but I would not want any mold to suddenly spread if there ever was a hint of moisture in the air

Bought this in store and was hoping for a good outcome but as we were zipping it up it ripped in multiple spots. It seemed as it was going to fit perfectly but seemed to get a little too tight while zipping. I think even if it didn't rip while zipping it would've ripped from just getting on the bed. Was truly disappointed

This is nice mattress protector. The quality is good. It's soft and breathable. It's perfect size for a queen size mattress. It's definitely what I expected.

As I was getting the this mattress cover on I was noticing how stretchy the outer material was. Happy it would fit my large mattress. Once I got it on it looked very nice has it fits very tight and has a beautiful pattern and nice textured fabric on top that doesn't make any noise at all or seem plasticky. I'm very happy with this cover.

Thick enough so that it didn't tear while I put it on, but no weird, plasticy smell or static from sheets rubbing against it, unlike so many other inexpensive options I have tried in the past

The ease of putting this on and it actually protects the mattress.
